The location is a little bit far away from any attractions, the second night we didn't have any hot water, and waited from 7 pm -10 pm. During the time, we called front desk, but they only said they would check the maintenance, then hang out, never call us back. Our families were disappointed with their service

This is our go-to place to stay while in the area. It's quiet and clean, and the staff is amazing and extremely helpful and friendly

It seems this hotel saw better days. There are signs it was once a grand hotel: nice decor on the outside walls, a cute sculpture in front of the convention center, jet tub in the room. All that is falling apart. We didn't risk turning the jets in the tub for fear of something nasty coming out of those jets. The sink above the tiny fridge was stopped, the handle above the bathtub had rust runs down the wall, wall paper is peeling off, the fire place is all cracked, the sculpture in front of the hotel is half broken. The list can go on. I cannot call it a terrible/horrible/no-good hotel but neither can I say that it was a good one. It was kind of iffy.
Parking was onsite, free, convenient. The bathroom was very spacious.

Terrible,
Rooms where dirty,
Blood stains on the walls.
Staff didn’t change sheets or replaced soaps, shampoo ect.
Stains all over the property ( doors,glass, )
Two staff were very helpful and polite.

They were quick to respond to our requests.. bathroom was dirty..sauna not working..pool was absolutely freezing and hot tub was warmish.. nothing in either vending machine..beds were comfortable..you had to pay for a continental breakfast.which was not worth $9.99..we ate dinner there..it was very good..our waitress was absolutely amazing..don't remember her name..just her polish accent..we all loved her..staff was very friendly
