"I'm giving this negative review to the hotel's front desk. I've stayed in many four- and five-star hotels, but I've never encountered such a disengaged and inefficient front desk at a star-rated hotel! When we checked in, we parked in the underground parking lot. As expected, they should have entered our license plate into the system upon check-in. However, even after we'd finished unpacking our luggage, they still hadn't. If we hadn't asked the front desk, we'd probably be stuck at the parking lot entrance! The worst part was when I checked out. I gave the front desk key cards for both rooms, and they told me to add them on WeChat and return my deposit after they checked the room. After over half an hour, the check wasn't complete, and we'd already reached the highway entrance. They told us on WeChat that they hadn't given us the key card for one room. Not wanting to have our deposit deducted for no reason, we returned to the hotel. The front desk clerk actually said, "I didn't ask you to come back."
