Disaster . Bathroom No maintenance. Not comfortable to stay here and will not stay again!

my 4th time stay here. convenient clean. but bit traffic noisy friendly staff air-conditioning ok nice stay. Will stay here again

an ancient hotel . good to stay. good location. dozo restaurnt beside, kebon coffee in front, offer free breakfast , a open air malay food across the road walking dkstance about 3 minutes. overall good

Got some smell with the bed and pillows. Only one light in the room.

The room is okay, but the bedsheet is a bit dirty. There is a spider web under the bedside table. The amenities are not very satisfying. The toilet floor is wet and slippery. The floor mat should be changed, as it is very dirty. Overall, there is room for improvement.

This is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit. Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.

Staffs very friendly

overall had a comfortable experience. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to food, shops, and the town area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was decent for the price, with basic amenities provided. However, the hotel is a bit old and could use some refurbishment, and cleanliness can be improved in certain areas. Still, for a short stay and for the budget, it offers good value and convenience.

Hotel was old. But location was good. Convenient and have private car park.

Good location to major places

good hotel for solo travellers. at least comfy and suitable to sleep for the night

Nice stay and worth your money

This hotel is worth the money paid though it is an old hotel. Facilities are clean. The towels and beddings are super white and spotless. Lightings are a bit dim and brightness can’t be adjusted.  The breakfast comes with the room rates. Though the are only 3 type of food but tastes good especially their Fried Noodles.  Location town centre nearby to major amenities like banks, eateries and handicraft market.
