เราพักที่โรงแรมนี้ 2 คืน พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นมิตร บริการดี แต่การออกแบบโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า และบริเวณลิฟต์ก็อยู่ไกลจากห้องพัก ทำให้แขกไม่สะดวก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ แย่และควรปรับปรุง

Excellent experience at Imperial Palace Hotel. Prompt check-in, well-maintained facilities, and courteous service. The hotel's central location in Miri makes it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

Even single bed is big can fit 2 people for it, we are very satisfied for one night staying here. Everhthing is complete, cleanless on top👍🏻👍🏻

Well the lobby looks nice and there is good restaurant for breakfast early on the am, I belive it’s a Chinese one

Stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. The location is very good and convenient, the amenities are complete, and overall the service is okay. However, there are a few important issues to highlight. The bathtub is quite high, which makes it a bit difficult to use, and when the bathroom floor gets wet, it becomes very slippery, which can be unsafe. The biggest issue for us was the room design. Our bed was placed directly facing the main door, and because of constant noise from people passing and running along the corridor, we couldn’t sleep until around 3am. That said, we appreciate that after making several complaints, the hotel staff tried to assist by arranging another room for us to rest, especially since I had an exam the next day. Overall, the stay could have been much better with improved room layout and soundproofing. If you’re someone who values a good night’s sleep, you may want to avoid Room 356.

Had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, offering good value for money. The location is convenient, with plenty of food options and shops nearby. The hotel serves a simple yet delicious breakfast. I especially enjoyed the Chinese style dishes. The dining area was also comfortable and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check in was smooth. One minor issue was the room air conditioning was extremely cold and difficult to adjust, so we had to turn it off during our stay. Overall, still a good choice for a comfortable and affordable stay in Miri. Would consider staying here again.

The hotel room is nice with air conditioning is cooling and bed is comfortable , the water heater is superb . Overall good value for staying when in Miri

Overall location is good. Room is big and clean. A bit weird of the bathtub setting, not elderly friendly. Front counter service can be more fast. Other than that, all good!
