An old hotel that have 80's vibe. I stayed in ground floor, our room smell so unpleasant. mold found on wall, air-con is noisy like a 80's machine. Pillow has yellow old stain, I can smell the saliva even there is a pillow cover. The only positive thing is the world class swimming pool.

Due to located at seaside, things getting wear and tear faster and rooms kind of rundown but still in acceptable condition. Food wise ordered chicken wings but tasted like no seasoning at all And pizza is also under baked. These basic food definitely needs to improve. 

We book a room which can accommodate 4 Travellers at once. However we need to keep requesting extra toiletries and towels for 4 ppl use. The hotel is far from city centre. Do consider city area hotel if you want convenient and easy access to food or attractions. Not sure about others but the room we stay is rather dusty floor even after house keeping and the water flow is very slow luckily got improved after plumber checking. We did request for a room change but no updates from the front desk at all. A hotel toilet without ventilation is a catastrophic. 4pm as checking time is rather late for a resort. The bed has high chance of dust mites breeding as my friend got bitten. (Photos attached as proof) Very very disappointed and we will not consider this property anymore. Hopefully the management sees this and start improving.

A very comfortable stay! Love the room and also service. It’s also super near to many attractions like Pantai Tanjung Lobang & the Piasau Nature Spot. Value for money!

Traveled to Miri just a short staycation. Loved the resort. They willing do extra miles for our stays. Will come back again Walking distance to the beach and the best sunset Just the room a little strange smell

Nice tropical experience stay for short getaway. The whole place is huge! Had so much fun at the huge pool!

Excellent stay at Marriott Miri. The service was top-notch and staff were always helpful and polite. Breakfast had a good variety and quality. The hotel ambience feels premium yet relaxing. Will definitely come back again.

Good location, good service but I found that the bed linen was little bit dirty. Maybe you can improve the hardware of the hotel like clean environment and rooms. Thanks

The hotel is abit old. But overall the staff is friendly and service is good. The pool has a slide that the kids enjoy
