Started out poorly, as the receptionist was asleep (2am) and I had to climb over the counter to wake him. The dining staff were very friendly and bright for breakfast. Room was fine.

This hotel is incredibly disappointing. Stayed for 1 night and 1 night only. First, the hotel is set-up like the popular hotels of the 80s ("prison style" where each room door faces inside with a pool and rotunda situation in the middle). Old carpets mixed with chlorine makes for a very stuffy atmosphere (not allergy friendly). Second, the room was even worse. Broken TV, vomit on the curtains, stains on the ottoman and I won't even go into what was going on in the bathroom. Didn't take pics 'cause yuck - didn't want to get close. Discussed with front desk staff who said I'd receive a phone call or email from the manager, which I'm waiting on. A refund would be appreciated given the situation.

This hotel was so pleasant to stay at. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I wish I got the name of the young lady at the desk but I forgot to ask. It’s quiet, peaceful and comfy. Minor ant issue but nothing worth a bad review. I would stay here again without question.

MOLD ON THE WALLS!!! Told front desk and FO Supervisor responded with “what do you want me to do about it” Did not apologize, and truly didn’t care. The windows were wet with moisture, and the wall was falling apart under the windows from the water that was leaking in. Don’t stay here!!!

Utter horror show. Entire massive lobby is a chlorinated foul mess, moved rooms 2x due to heater sounding like a train passing through room. Front desk unapologetic - kids running up and down halls and GD dogs allowed and barking. Cmon Marriott do better. Beds are superior. That’s all and never again

This hotel was amazing! The staff were friendly and were always at the front desk. There is complimentary infused water on the desk with a new flavor every day. The room was immaculate, very clean. The pool was very nice but the hot tub was even better. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area.

The staff are friendly, courteous, and competent. The building and its furnishings seem at a glance to be in good condition, but are sorely out of date and in need of modernization; the dated condition greatly lessened our enjoyment of our stay. The toilet did not meet Americans with Disabilities standards; it was too low and too close to the floor. The shower stall’s floor was slippery. The bathroom’s door hinges were corroded. The HVAC responded so slowly to the thermostat. When we arrived, the temperature of the room was 65 F (18 C) and the HVAC took many hours to reach a comfortable temperature. There were no instructions in print anywhere for using the telephone, for operating the thermostat, for learning about the hotel’s facilities, features, and services. The telephone itself was ancient. The costly breakfast buffet was mediocre. The floor of the swimming pool seemed to be covered with green slime.

First room AC unit faulty! Second room AC units outside hotel can be heard in bedroom. it is a low frequency humming sound. I could not sleep and had to check out. Staff were not helpful. Emails not answered. Had to fly home from early to escape the noise!

Excellent Property I went here for an event in the ballroom. Excellent food and service. Room was large, well decorated and comfortable and clean. Huge TV I think it was 50”. Service was great. I liked the standard noon checkout. So many properties are 11 am these days. Just a really nice, well laid out property convenient to Ridgedale Mall. Loved it!

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times before the pandemic. This was my first time back. It has a very nice atmosphere and good location. Nice staff. However, It was in the low 60s outside and that same temperature in the room. I was told that the hotel has either AC or heat, never both and that the heat was not turned on yet. It was too cold for comfort. The front desk brought in a space heater. This room was nearly $200 per night. It should’ve had some heat in late September in Minnesota.

The common areas in the hotel are open and spacious. There is a buffet restaurant in the lobby that costs $16.00 per person and includes coffee. Service was friendly in the restaurant and I find the employees to be happy and helpful throughout the hotel. All in all a good choice in this area of Minneapolis. I have stayed here twice while visiting family and prefer this hotel to the Marriott.

Jesse at the front desk was helpful, professional and friendly. And he had a great sense of humor! He helped to make our stay awesome!! Thanks! Full disclosure: the toilet in our room could use an upgrade, but that small issue could not reduce our five-star experience.

We stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed them. The check-in experience was quick and easy. The hotel has a large lobby area with a restaurant and a bar. There’s a comfortable seating area in the lobby with a few work stations, a tv/couch area, and a couple of gathering tables. The hotel has a second inner area that contains a pool and a hot tub. The hotel is everything you would expect from a front line Sheraton Hotel with an attached Conference Center. The staff was excellent and very accommodating as they allowed us to store our bicycles in the office area and cheerfully allowed us to eat in the lobby area with our dogs. Bonus: dogs stay free through the end of the summer on a special promotion! Hats off to our morning server Carlos who truly went out of his way to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. Our room was clean and for the first time in a few years had normal daily servicing by the staff. Another good sign that things are returning to normal after covid. Note that this hotel does not have ice machines but they give out free ice in bags in the small concession area next to the check-in desk. This is one of the better hotels I have ever stayed at that allows dogs. There are many grassy areas around the hotel to walk them and they have waste receptacle on the left side of the hotel toward the back. We definitely plan to stay here next time we pass through Minneapolis.

My husband and I have been regular guests since April 2022 while in town for business. And on occasion for family visits. We wouldn't think of staying anyplace else now that we have discovered this property. Peaceful and close to everything. Ridgedale a stones throw away. Wonderful walking on the sidewalks and up the hill into a beautiful neighborhood. And the beds are sink in comfortable.
