Location is fantastic but, unfortunately the hotel was pretty bad. Walls falling apart. Pieces of the wall on the floor maybe for weeks, I don't know. The rooms were ok at best but the location is fantastic.

The employees were all friendly and helpful. It was awesome to be able to walk down to explore along the river and view Canada across the river.

The picture shows a lovely view and yard to sit in. The trees have grown so you cant really see the river any more and the outside of the hotel and yard need some work. That being said the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, etc. So it was a good breakfast. The area is really quiet. We would stay there again.

Not sure where the “property photo” was taken, but it was not here!
The carpet in the room/rooms was disgusting, I couldn’t even walk on it without shoes. In the morning a fire alarm went off, no one seemed concerned except for me and a guy next door! the maid down the hall just shrugged her shoulders and shook her head. I couldn’t bring myself to eat the breakfast included with my stay, just showered and left! The property surroundings out back were creepy! Was not a 140.00 a night motel!

It was moldy smelling and looked like it was clean until you started to use the facilities. More of a fisherman’s retreat.

We chose this place because of availability and price. But it is in a state of serious disrepair and needs lots of TLC. Pavement, siding, floors, walls all need replacement/painting.

The bar restaurant and swimming pool have been closed for over a year. They need to update that on the website.

It looked abandoned. Went right by the sign and had to turn around to find the hotel. Room was ok but the towel rack was coming off the wall in the bathroom. Wouldn't stay there again.

Property was quite dilapidated. Pictures on website were very misleading. The only positive thing was they allowed us to cancel our reservations and we booked elsewhere.
