"It's only an hour's drive from the affluent area of San Francisco, and the surrounding living facilities are excellent and the public security is good (patrol police often pass by). If you are visiting for business, I recommend this apartment-style hotel with an excellent location."

"I lost my iPad and some clothing while staying at this property, and the staff were extremely unhelpful in addressing the situation. They refused to allow me to search for my belongings and made no effort to check for the lost items. I found their response rude and highly unprofessional. In addition, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The closet was broken, suggesting poor maintenance of the furniture, and the pans were dirty. While the room itself was clean, the view was terrible and the lighting was quite dim. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this property."
