We understand that the presence of empty buildings and limited street lighting can give an unwelcoming impression, especially at night. We have already reported these issues to the Municipality of Milan and requested urgent improvements, although these aspects are beyond our direct control. To make transportation easier, our team is always available to suggest the best mobility options, such as tram 15 that goes directly to the city center, or the e-bikes and electric scooters available for rent at the hotel.We regret that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. Every morning we prepare an international buffet with a wide variety of sweet and savory options to cater to different tastes. We are pleased, however, that you enjoyed the barista coffee, which we take great pride in offering as part of an authentic Italian experience.As for your experience at our Morbido restaurant, we sincerely apologize if the dishes ordered did not reflect the quality we aim to deliver. Our menu is designed around fresh, seasonal ingredients and includes signature dishes created by Chef Andrea Ribaldone. Your comments regarding the beef tartare and truffle pizza have been shared with our culinary team for immediate review to ensure such issues do not occur again.We are sorry that your overall experience was not satisfactory and that you would not consider returning. Ci fa particolarmente piacere leggere che anche la cortesia del nostro team sia stata di suo gradimento: è un aspetto su cui investiamo ogni giorno con grande impegno.In merito alla tassa di soggiorno, comprendiamo la sua osservazione, ma ci teniamo a precisare che si tratta di un’imposta stabilita dal Comune di Milano e che il relativo importo viene interamente versato a loro. Purtroppo non abbiamo possibilità di intervenire su questa tariffazione, ma ci impegniamo sempre a informare i nostri ospiti in modo trasparente fin dalla prenotazione.Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ha perfettamente ragione: ogni ospite ha le proprie abitudini, ed è proprio per questo che offriamo anche alternative più semplici e veloci presso il nostro Tonico Bar. I had reserved a suite and told them, but they only gave us one room and wouldn’t agree to change it. When we came to extend our stay for another night, they said the rooms were fully booked, even though there were rooms available — they just didn’t want to give us one."
