A wonderful stay! Simon was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable. Yes there are renovations but nothing disruptive. The rooms are a bit dated but everything you need is provided. Happy hour in the lounge. Very generous breakfast buffet. Good location. I look forward to visiting again when the renovations are all complete.

Only stayed for one night. The hotel is under construction, but that didn’t affect my stay. The room I was in was very comfortable, but definitely dated in terms of design. The front desk staff was very warm, check in and check out was easy. I would definitely stay again. The location is superb.

Do not stay here till it is fully renovated. This was a terrible stay. Small old hotel. Smells like it is from the 1900s. I dont understand why they kept this hotel open. Do not recommend this place.

I had a room facing the road, which was super noisy. The area was nice but it was not the closest option to the metro station. Front desk service could be better.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. It made me nervous to stay here, to be perfectly honest. Instead, we found a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was nice, and the construction was not that disruptive. The AC didn’t quite cut it, but I think some understanding needs to be had between American AC and European AC. It’s never going to be as strong. What we loved most about this stay was that it was out of the central district, but still very close by. We loved being able to see Milan outside of the tourist area. Overall a great experience and would happily stay again.

We were there for a family vacation and stayed a full week. Honestly we were a bit concerned from some reviews about construction etc. Contrary to our concerns this turned out to be one of the best vacations. The hotel was under renovation but we never knew anything at all. The staff were outstanding. Guiseppe, Mary, Danielle , Lino deserve special mention along with fabulous housekeeping staff. Manager Alessandro is outstanding and patiently answered our numerous questions and alleviated all our concerns. The location is also great , less touristy with lots of eating places,bars and easy access to Metro. The best value for money. Highly recommend Milan Marriott. Thanks 🙏🏽 to all the wonderful people who made this truly our home away from home.

This hotel is definitely not worth visiting. The reception staff are so incompetent it’s unbelievable. At check-in at 2am after a delayed flight they were trying to tell me I had no reservation despite it being paid for €800 for two nights without breakfast and as a member had checked in via the app and had email confirmation. When I started shouting they suddenly found my room and were very rude throwing my room card at me. The room wasn’t cleaned or towels changed nor bed made during my stay. Icing on the cake was a phone call at 7pm on my second night to say I only had a reservation for one night and should have checked out at 11am because the hotel was full so I didn’t have a bed for my family for the night. After spoiling my evening and quickly returning to the hotel I was told it was a mistake with no apology. I also pre booked a taxi for the airport which surprise surprise didn’t turn STAY AWAY

Milan Marriott, Stay August 1st, 2023 Status- lifetime titanium elite Conf:91212312 My wife and I stayed at the Milan Marriott so that we could go see Leonardo da Vinci’s, “The Last Supper”. The hotel is undergoing substantial remodeling which caused everything at the reception area to be temporary. Our room was small but nice and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a full buffet and omelet station. Even though things are a little disruptive during the remodel I would still recommend this hotel.
