My trip was a hustle. First i order 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. I received 2 rooms with a kid bed a a sofa…. Uncomfortable. I paid for something got something else. One of the rooms took me 30 minutes to make the card key to work back and foward going to front desk and room as key wont open. Third. Shower was only hot no cold.. then vanity only cold not hot 😩. Second room was ok no microwave tho….. bad experience and not a cheap place either i give it 1 star

Accessible to the airport of Miami. Shuttle transport from and to the airport.. Excellent customer service.

Horrible will never stay again. We had to change rooms 3 times because the AC wasn’t working in none of them. The last room cooled a bit but not much but I was so tired I decided to stay. Worst mistake ever. The bed was so hard and old me and my boyfriend woke up with the worst back ache. I was in so much pain I could not get out of bed without his help. I was crying if the pain in my back and I had a flight an hour after. The lady took forever for the last switch said the computer wasn’t working. This was at 3 am I was so tired and I had a flight leaving at 7. I barely slept 3 hours and it messed up my back so much. The curtains don’t completely close so you’re going to get all the light from the gas station. And the rooms were not very clean. DO NOT RECOMMEND
