Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! 地理位置優越，環境還是不錯，早餐有待提高！

個別年輕女服務員對客人不是那麼友善，總覺得有些不耐煩。希望該女服務員的親朋好友，父母到外旅遊遇到更多熱情大方，耐心細緻的良好服務。

서비스와 모든게 만족스러웠으나 방으이 안되며 조금 노후 되어있어 아쉬웠습니다!
