I had the worst experience with Staff member Placido, at this stay. He could not find my reservation under my name and all he kept asking for was a confirmation number. I did not have it on me but the reservation was fully paid for and under my name. He insisted that I had no reservation and I needed a confirmation number. I kept telling him that I did not have one but to look under my name and that I also booked 2 other reservations under my name the same week for other family members. Placido, pretty much throw his hands in the air and said their was no rooms available and I didn’t have a reservation. I had to book a different hotel for a lot more at the last minute, because he basically did not do his job, to find out the next day that I did have a reservation and still Placido, took no responsibility for dropping the ball.
