很新的酒店，旁邊是很大的超市，門口可以坐15路到機場，價格合適的話可以考慮，但來威尼斯還是推薦住在主島

原本訂的標準間，生日當天前台給免費升級了雙套間，其中一張床2米寬，推開門的時候很驚喜。酒店位置特別方便，樓下就是公交站，無論去主島，或者機場都有bus直達。樓下有個大超市，買東西也方便。

For 230 euros per night for a junior suite they will not allow a glass in the room for wine. Our cardboard glasses leaked red wine during the first glass. Do not expect typical Hilton treatment here. Sad we’re here for 3 nights. We are on a four month trip and have stayed in a lot of hiltons along the way. We have not experienced this type of child like treatment until here.

My friend and I recently travelled to this hotel to visit the sights of Venice. After reading some reviews we were somewhat sceptical. First of all I should say it is under new management and it certainly shows. It’s not a good looking hotel!! But the hotel is ultra clean, modern and in a super place to travel to the sights. Purchase tickets from the Tabac, just a few doors away for the bus, located opposite side of road. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff, very helpful in every way. Our rooms were modern, very clean and quiet as the hotel is mainly double glazed. Mestre is a short walk to the huge shopping plazas, coffee shops and so much more. Buses on time along with a tram in the main plazas. Nothing to dislike. Highly recommend this hotel hence my 5* review. Thanks to all the staff, they made our stay a very welcoming and pleasant stay.

The team at the front desk were professional and very responsive. Both Elisa & Simone assisted in getting ground transport to the Venice Island and then to the airport & train station. They were very busy during our stay, and focussed on great service with a smile and went above and beyond to assist us. These actions mean a great deal to foreign travelers.

We stayed here for a couple nights while finishing up a very nice vacation in Europe. I personally wish we had picked a different hotel, not because of any cleanliness issues, the hotel is in very good condition. However, the experience was far from ideal. We rented a car and drove from Milan and found the hotel pretty easy. However, there wasnt any parking available in the area that we were told to look, and had to park down some side alleyway just so we could check in. Once we got checked in the person at the front desk (who was very friendly) had someone from the hotel show us where we could park our car for the duration of the stay and it turned out it was just one spot beside where we parked. we paid 15 euros per night to pay in employee parking. We booked the hotel due to the availability of room service and the onsight restaurant. WHy? well, because in the past we've always found Hilton to have great food options, especially at places of this quality. We didnt really want to go wandering around at night looking for somewhere to eat, and it was our wedding anniversary so we decided to order something and eat in the room. We were told that room service was unavailable that night so we would have to go down to the restaurant. My wife and I went down and were immediately asked if we were part of a group to which we said no. The lady said that they were closed for that night due to a private function and turned us away. The hotel has a different version of this and blames a language barrier but in a nutshell they said we could have gone back later that night and we could have been seated. I assure you this wasnt a language barrier, the girl spoke very good english and was very clear. We ended up going over the road to a Kebab shop and had a cheap Kebab for our 25th anniversary. The following day we went to the restaurant, was seated and the server there said she would make it up to us. We had a preally nice dinner, and enjoy the experience. We ordered desert and they went to the trouble of making two little chocolate hearts on the plate as making up for the day before. I thought it was a nice gesture. We struck up a copncersation with the server and explained that we would be checking out around 3:30 am for a 6:30 flight back to the states and wouldn't be there for breakfast. She replied that its not a problem and that happens quite often and that she could have a bagged breakfast left at the front desk. We checked out, picked up the sandwich and left for the airport. It was only later on that I checked the bill and seen that we were charged for every little thing at dinner including the desert that was to make up for the day before. Now.. the part I really have the problem with is when I contacted Hilton about my experience they said once again that the restaurant not being available was a language barrier issue, and that they did make it right but doing something something special for dinner, and they even gave us breakfast. Great hotel just outside of the city center of Venice. The train station is just a couple blocks away and there's a laundromat across the street. My wife and I wanted a nice hotel that was close but not in the city center of Venice and this was perfect. It was a short ride (maybe 10 minutes) to the heart of the city. It was also close and convenient to the airport. We had a car, but the bus line picks up right in front of the hotel and takes you straight to the airport. They had a nice little bar/restaurant inside. The room was just fine and what you'd expect from a Hilton. If we are back in Venice we'd definitely stay again.
