They told us the wrong time for breakfast

The quality of the room was very good. The bathroom and bedroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location of it was quite good when it comes to using different types of transport. I would definitely say that the 4 star hotel was definitely worth the money and that it should be a 5 star. Additionally, the breakfast was very good as it had a wide variety of different foods for people with different dietary preferences and requirements.

Good breakfast. Clean room. Good service with a great supply of amenities. There was also luggage storage, which made our trip more convenient at the end.

This is absolutely gorgeous hotel that i really want stay next time, this time I came here for celebrate my birthday with my mum, i feel really warm and welcoming because your hotel have a great staff as Adom,(hopefully I have type her correct name ) she gave me fantastic advice for my trip in Venice and also prepared nice surprise to me when I back to hotel at night time! How lucky hotel have this amazing staff! I will definitely recommend my friends to visit your hotel!!

Hotel limpio, bien ubicado con la parada del autobús a 2 min. La recepcionista muy amable y agradable. Nos proporcionó los billetes de autobús y nos indicó y aconsejó que visitar. Buffet bastante correcto.

Bonjour, nous avons était reçu dans l’hôtel pour y séjourner 3 nuit avec le petit-déjeuner compris. Nous somme arrivés dans l’hôtel vers 19h30, les photos correspondes bien à ce qu’on vois sur le site. À part quelques détails qui pour moi ne sont pas à négliger lors d’une réservation de ce type, arriver sur place en chambre nous avons aperçu beaucoup de calcaire sur la douches,

많은 분들이 리뷰를 안좋게 쓰셔서 걱정을 했는데 그래도 4성은 4성이더라구요. 시설 상당히 괜찮습니다. (넓고, 화장실도 매우 깨끗합니다.) 문제는 엘리베이터가 별로 좋지 않고, 화장실 샤워장 문을 여는데 부서질거같은 소리가 나서 정말 조금만 열고 들어가야해요. (다열면 정말 부서질거 같아서 무섭습니다) +근처에 마트가 없다는점.. 그런데 베네치아까지 한번에 가는 버스를 호텔 바로 앞에서 탈 수 있기 때문에 너무좋습니다.
