Location is great but sockets are not working well :( Good option for short term stay

I was given a small single room which was different from what i booked. No staff except on WhatsApp (it was Sunday when I arrived)-. She was quick to respond. At first she said i made the mistake but when i showed the pictures of what i booked, i was given the right room. Good thing also the 1st room had no heating even though card was inserted into the control panel. Self check-in to new room and i had to take new key myself. Zero human contact. 2nd room - Huge room but extremely cold. Floor had beautiful tiles but freezing cold. Hotel didn’t provide slippers. Toilet too small. Bidet blocked the door to the shower. Had to be very careful or else may fall! Location is probably the only positive thing about this hotel. The staff at checkout NOT customer oriented.

A great location, 10 mins walk from the train station and ferry terminal. Lovely welcome, and they allowed me to check in at 12 noon. Although my room was much smaller than advertised, and lacked a kitchen, the roof large roof terrace more than compensated. Highly recommended.

Very good value. It is located in the center of messin, so is a 10m walk from the main station. Signing in was a bit confusing as there was no one at the door to let me in, but a number was provided so I called and I was let in. My room card was already premade in an envelope near the entrance, so I didn't need to do anything further. Only bad thing is the drinks in the fridge aren't free and you will be charged if you drink them.

Nice breakfast and functional room. Messina is just another big city

位置方便。在市中心的位置。去超市coop，咖啡店，餐廳都很方便。 就是那個電梯怪嚇人的…… 早餐（單人建議+） 雙人可以去外面吃。 就是來的季節不太好。雨天、陰天。 而且感覺西西里人更懶，年都過掉了，很多店以後不營業。服了呀！

Acomodações antigas e a casa de banho bem velha. A duche muito pequena que não dá para se mexer direito. A internet é bem ruim, a maior parte do tempo fica desconectada. Somente vale pela localização Funcionários são educados.

A localização é muito boa. O quarto é razoável, mas a casa de banho bem fraca. A internet é instável e quase não se consegue usar. Grande parte dos funcionários é bem simpática.

部屋が広く快適に過ごすことができました。遅めのチェックイン、早めのチェックアウトになってしまったのですが、柔軟に対応していただけたので有り難かったです。
