I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Thank you to Mr. Chugh and the entire staff for making my stay truly unforgettable.

Every thing was nice except the door access was not working for many rooms that we reserved. Breakfast was amazing.

Booked a suite for 4 but I got a room with 2 beds only. It took me 2 hours to keep calling different staff members to convince them to bring extra beds for my kids. It was bad experience especially in front of my kids. It 5 stars hotel and I was expecting to arrive and the room ready.

I was astonished by my stay!!! My stay got postponed because they mistakenly didn't book my stay in the system, then check in time got delayed further an hour from the regular check in time because they didn't clean the villa yet Maybe it's time to renovate the villas, cause they seem to have old facilities that don't work

Amazing staff who go above and beyond beyond to assist and make your stay more comfortable. The lovely towel art done by the wonderful housekeeper Rajesh makes my day and I keep the lovely messages he writes safe in my book. We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025 while visiting my daughter who teaches in Kuwait. It was my birthday while we where there and the staff made a lovely gesture in the room! What a fantastic hotel with really polite staff. The rooms where really nice and very clean. The pool was very quite as there was a separate family pool towards the beach. We had food in the hotel and it was really nice. The staff and security where all brilliant. Next time we are visiting my daughter again we will 100% stay in this hotel.

The experience was extremely disappointing. I was given a room that was clearly below standard — outdated, poorly maintained, and with an empty minibar. On top of that, the service throughout my stay was unprofessional and slow. Despite my Platinum status, I received no proper attention or resolution when I raised these concerns.

This is one of the best hotels I have experienced in my life. It is also one of the best hotels in the middle East. I was part of a four person Accreditation Canada Survey Team. Our focus is the quality, safety and quality improvement processes in health care institutions and community practices. This was a very busy week but each evening, on our return to Jumeirah, we could relax, complete our days work and feel pampered. It is clean, modern and backed up by exceptional staff. The food is superb. It's good value for the money. Being able to walk to the beach early in the morning is a real treat. The front desk staff and housekeeping manager are excellent. Their ability to deal with sometimes problematic or annoying patrons is to be commended.
