Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

It is a Hilton hotel but an old one, the hotel definetely needs a renovation which is also in process at the moment. We wanted to extend our stay but couldn't do it because they couldn't provide the same price. These days hotel rates are worse than the flight tickets, they are always fluctuating a lot

Daha ilk ay'ında olmasına rağmen karşılama ve personelin ilgili olması çok iyi, restorant ekibi başta Pınar hanım olmak üzere sevda hanım ve mehmet ali can bey'in ilgili ve temiz yaklaşımları çok memnun etti. Ayrıca resepsiyonda bulunan dilek hanımın nazik yaklaşımı da memnun ediciydi. Türkiyenin her yerinde kalmış ve üst sınıf otelleri tecrübe etmiş , mersine sık sık gelip hilton dahil çoğu otelinde kalmış birisi olarak temizlik,ilgi,alaka ve güler yüz bu şekilde devam ederse bütün sektör paydaşlarıma önerebileceğim bir deneyim yaşadım. Herkese teşekkür ederim.

การทําความสะอาดการสั่งซื้อและการสื่อสารดีมาก ห้องพักสะดวกสบายมาก อากาศสะอาดธรรมชาติยอดเยี่ยม หยุดเครียด กีฬาธรรมชาติทําให้เราพอใจมาก เรามีความสุขมากที่ได้อยู่ อาหารอร่อย แต่เราคิดว่ามีขนาดเล็ก ข้อเดียวที่เราทําผิดพลาดคือสั่งในร้านอาหาร บริการอื่น ๆ ทั้งหมดยกเว้นคุณภาพพรีเมียม

Küçük bir butik otel. Otel çalışanları çok iyi çok güler yüzlüler her istediğinizi yapma ve sizi memnun etme gayretleri var. Otelde açık büfe akşam yemeği var ama öyle büyük otellerdeki çeşit beklemeyin. İki çeşit ana yemek var. Genelde tavuk ağırlıklı. Yanında lapa gibi bir pilav ve tatsız bir çeşit tatlı var. Bir iki çeşit salata ve meze var ama hemen bitiyor ve bazen yemeğin yanında alamıyorsunuz bile. Çay saatinde üç gün boyunca kurabiye almaya çalıştık ama üçünde de bize sıra gelmeden bitti. Yiyecek olanakları maalesef Cok kısıtlı. Kahvaltıda çay bile bitiyor . Kahvaltıda hep aynı şeyler var. Odalarda bir makyaj aynası yok. Kullanılmayan gereksiz bir mutfak var. Yatak odasında klima yok. Çocuk havuzunun içi çok pis . Diğer havuzda temizlik sıkıntısı görmedik. Otel denize biraz mesafeli servisle girebiliyorsunuz. Yürüme mesafesinde olan bir deniz var fakat plaj değil denize girilmiyor. Çok büyük beklentilerle gitmezseniz otelden memnun ayrılırsınız.
