The room didn't match what we booked: it was smaller, had only one bed, a smaller bathroom, and a plastic shower. Everything else was in the room, so there were no major complaints. 3. The breakfast was meager. You have to make your own omelette, there's minimal choice, only tea for drinks, no coffee or juice, and only jams and preserves for sweets. The breakfast was disappointing. 4. Upon check-out, we were met with another surprise: they said the room wasn't paid for and we had to pay. We ended up waiting an hour for Trip.com support to resolve the issue. We had all the receipts, but they wouldn't let us go. They asked us to pay again by card. 5. Parking is right across the entrance, and cars are monitored. 6. The music in the hotel played very loudly until midnight. 7. And the most annoying thing, which is why we chose this hotel, was the spa center. We wanted to go there, but it's been closed for a long time, and we don't know when it'll reopen. There's no information on the website about it being closed. If we'd known that, we wouldn't have gone there. The room price is higher than other hotels. 8. The bathroom only has cold water; the hot water tap doesn't even run ice-cold, and that's it. The shower is completely leaky and doesn't flow properly. Overall: problems with check-in and check-out, and the services advertised are not provided. I don't recommend it."
