When we checked in, the front desk staff informed us that our reservation could not be found in their system. We spent more than ten minutes communicating before another colleague stepped in and helped resolve the issue. After leaving our luggage, we later realized that the front desk had forgotten to return our passports. Fortunately, we were able to retrieve them, otherwise it would have caused serious trouble. I hope the hotel can assign more experienced staff to handle the check-in process in order to improve the overall service.

1 酒店WiFi比較差，網速慢，進了洗手間就沒信號了 2 酒店停車還需要額外收費150埃磅，這個體驗感比較不好 3 酒店早餐不錯，但不是自助的，建議換成自助的會好點，吃多少打多少 4 可以看日出🌄，這個體驗感不錯 5 酒店衹免費贈送2瓶礦泉水，好歹是4星酒店，完全可以多給點，再要水要收費，這個體驗不好

實際住下來情況尚可，員工接待還是比較熱情，有人説水質不好，那是因為海水凈化後就是這個樣子，沒有特別不好。客房服務是沒有的，打電話三次讓送水用了3小時才送來。早餐不錯，品種挺多。酒店海灘邊可以直接下海，挺方便。

住的側海景套房，房間非常大，客廳和房間分別有陽台，可以看到海景。水龍頭的水確實有一點黃，洗漱就用了礦泉水，但酒店的服務人員態度都很好，早餐就是普通的埃及式早餐不太吃得慣。靠近餐廳就是海灘，有很多項目可以玩。

Excelente relación calidad precio. En primerísima línea de playa y muy amables. Solo pondría un pero al restaurante, mejorable en calidad gastronomica y ambiente del local. Por y lo demás muy recomendable

不是我黑這個酒店洗澡水全是這種顏色有時候還沒有熱水現在還是冬天這個怎麼住人然後退房也退不了也不知道攜程怎麼和它們溝通的剛剛開始水還是黑色的説不可以退房給我們升級了海景房也是這種水想想算了住兩晚然後把我們舊房間的忘記拿的衣服放回新房間而且沒有經過我們同意隨便進別人房間，然後舊房間忘記拿了個耳機1000多然後是被他們保潔拿回家了這個酒店真的差的離譜最後還是我們想報警他們才去幫我們拿回耳機

在馬特魯住了兩晚 都是在這家酒店 春節算是他們的淡季 感覺入住客人也不多 房間適中 有個側偏的陽台 能看見日出海灘 早餐很豐盛 根本吃不完 當然對中國胃來説 可能不是非常適合 但是也是一個不錯的體驗 表揚一下餐廳的小哥 吃完餐回房間發現手機不見了 轉頭回餐廳的桌子沒有找到 本以為可能找不到了 結果餐廳小哥説我是不是在找東西 他從櫃枱裏把手機拿了給我 真的是很感謝

很少評價 但這家酒店一頓操作讓人忍無可忍 我定了三張大床的房間 到酒店説衹能兩個人入住 我請問兩個人睡三張床？腦子呢 要我們交人頭費 一人181美金！你咋不去搶劫！後面讓攜程跟酒店溝通也無果 退房也不給退！而且還跟我們説如果不是埃及的就要付美金 不可以付埃鎊！氣的我朋友都要報警了 折騰了一個多小時之後攜程官方和我們協商最後妥協了付了人頭費！當我們付完錢之後又説要停車費！我真的是*了 這一路玩過來 這是第一個要停車費的 又被坑了200人民幣的停車費！終於辦完到了房間 結果給我的是一張大床 兩張小床！我們六個人真的是氣到吐血！還有更噁心的是我們人頭費交了 我們六個人衹給我們四瓶水 多一瓶都不給！我真的是沒見過這麼垃圾的酒店！來馬特魯千萬避坑這個酒店！一個會敲詐的垃圾酒店！

酒店整體挺乾淨的，就國內維也納的水平。酒店服務不是特別熱情，也沒有人幫助送行李到酒店。 酒店有自己的沙灘，因為是淡季其實人不太多，住的兩晚剛好是新年期間，酒店還放了一些新年歌。 早餐是固定的套餐，配的量很多，可以當早午餐吃，外面的餐廳基本很晚才營業。最後餐廳的小姐姐的服務特別好，點贊👍。

服務態度還挺熱情的，進出都會主動打招呼 早餐雖然簡單，但是還不錯 唯一不足的是酒店的水質很渾濁，我都不敢洗澡，洗漱都是用礦泉水解決的，幸好衹住一天

就是酒店乾淨的，出了酒店就很臟，而且不能帶吃的去酒店的海邊吃東西。國內的的新的二三星酒店吧。酒店停車要付費。我們是想晚上去夜市，才住了一晚，之前幾天都住鎮子外面，晚上不要開車，還可以吧。性價比還可以。至少是乾淨的！酒店外面就可以買各種吃的，拐角冰淇淋不錯！
