only negative, was with the jacuzzi. After getting 2 new keys with neither working to open gate to pool or allow entrance back in to hotel and crawling under a gate to get back in, did the nice attendant come out to confirm keys didn't work and after working his a few times it opened. Ok, ready for much needed spa after driving and poker. Jacuzzi was cold, Ugh. I would still stay again, probably the nicest rooms and best staff of any BW we have stayed.

เพิ่งเช็คเอ้าท์จากการเข้าพักที่ Hampton Inn ใน Murrrieta รัฐ CA ปกติแล้วชอบ Hampton Inn แต่นี่ไม่ใช่การเข้าพักที่ดีมากๆ ผมจองห้อง Studio Suite ซึ่งมีขนาดใหญ่แต่ห้องน้ํารู้สึกว่าอยู่ตรงกลางห้องและไม่ได้ทํางานให้ผม ผมได้เตียงคิงส์ไซด์กับแผ่นเล็กเกินไปที่พอดีลงแค่ด้านข้างของที่นอนประมาณ 4 นิ้ว พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี ผมได้เตียงคิงส์ไซด์กับแผ่นเล็กเกินไปที่วางไว้แค่ข้างๆ ่ทําให้ผมตื่นนอนในช่วงแต่ละคืนบนที่นอนเปลือย 1 ยุก! แสงไฟในห้องน้ําและบาร์สว่างอย่างรุนแรง อาหารเช้าที่เสนอมีน้อย 2 ใน 5 วัน เพียง 1 วัน มีกล้วยๆ งมาก แต่ที่น่ารําคาญที่สุดของการเข้าพักคือต้องต่อรองเรื่องทําความสะอาดทุกวัน ในช่วงโควิดปิดกั้น การทําความสะอาดไม่ได้เป็นทางเลือก แต่ตอนนี้เป็นเดือนมิถุนายน 2022 และข้อจํากัดของโควิด แทบจะไม่มีในมูริต้า ยกเว้นที่ แฮมมอทอินน์ เช้าวันแรกที่เข้าพัก ผมได้ไปที่โต๊ะต้อนรับและขอทําความสะอาด ผมก็ได้รับการตอบรับว่า “ไม่นี่ไม่ใช่วันที่กําหนดไว้” และว่าสําหรับการเข้าพัก 5 วัน ผมจะได้รับการทําความสะอาดในวันที่ 4 (นี่มันเกินสุดสัปดาห์) ยบียงและขอแค่ห้องน้ําและบาร์เพื่อเป็นการสดชื่น อันนี้พนักงานก็ยอมให้ทํา วันต่อมามีผ้าเช็ดตัว กาแฟ คอนเฟล็กสดๆ แต่ไม่มีอะไรในห้องสัมผัสเลย แต่ละเช้าก็ไปที่โต๊ะขอรีเฟรช พนักงานก็ตอบตกลงให้ วันที่ 3 แจ้งว่าแม่บ้านไม่ว่างมากและจะพยายามทํารีเซฟชั่นให้แต่ไม่มีการรับประกัน วันที่ 4 ห้องพักสะอาดเรียบร้อยดี ก่อนปิดล้อม ผมมั่นใจว่า Hampton Inn มีตัวเลือกบริการทําความสะอาดทุกวันเหมือน Hampton Inn ทั่วไป ที่เคยพักมา กับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้รู้สึกเหมือนมีการกําจัดแม่บ้านในช่วงปิดล้อมและเจ้าของโรงแรมเลือกที่จะลดพนักงานและดึงกลับบริการ ค่าที่ผมจ่ายเฉลี่ยเกิน 1 เหรียญ ไม่ใช่เรทที่ไม่ควรรวมการทําความสะอาดทุกวัน
