ทำเลที่ตั้ง: ดีมาก อยู่ติดกับไชน่าทาวน์ เดินไปยังร้านอาหารทุกแห่งในตัวเมืองได้ ร้านอาหารฝั่งตรงข้ามเปิดถึงตีสอง พนักงาน: ตอนเช็คอินคนเต็ม มีปัญหาเล็กน้อย (เหตุผลส่วนตัว) แต่พนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับ (ทุกคนยอดเยี่ยมมาก) คอยช่วยเหลือและทำงานอย่างหนักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา สุดท้ายฉันก็พักได้อย่างสบายใจ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก: มีฟิตเนสและสระว่ายน้ำในร่ม แต่ฉันยังไม่ได้ลอง อาหาร: บะหมี่หอยทาก (螺狮粉) ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนอร่อยมาก และเนื้อย่างก็อร่อยเช่นกัน ฉันรู้สึกมีความสุขมาก ปริมาณเยอะมาก

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบถ้วน ถูกสุขลักษณะ และสะอาด สภาพแวดล้อมสะดวกสบายและบริการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ใช้เวลาเดิน 2 นาทีจากไชน่าทาวน์ ประสิทธิภาพค่าใช้จ่ายโดยรวมค่อนข้างสูง เหมาะสำหรับการเดินทางพ่อแม่ลูก สไตล์อพาร์ตเมนต์

Convenient location, gym and sauna was good, breakfast was good, and hotel staff was very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Chinatown and Thai Town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also close to the tram, making transportation very convenient. The room is spacious and comes with cooking facilities.

We stayed for one day in a one-bedroom apartment. The service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable, well-maintained, and the room was clean. Overall, everything was good and the stay was pleasant. However, the bathtub could not be used because the surface was very rough, which was a bit disappointing. Apart from that issue, it was a good experience.

Great location and very convenient for food, with Chinatown just nearby. The hotel has all the necessary amenities.

When I checked in around 2:30pm, the receptionist told me the room was still in the midst of cleaning and she beckon me to sit and wait for the room to be ready . After 45mins , the receptionist came with the keys and a warm smile. She apologised for the waiting . She given me a free breakfast voucher for 2 and grant me a free late check out. Such a kind gesture and well appreciated. The room was spacious as advertised, clean and comfortable. I truly love the say and will book this hotel again when I am back to Melbourne.

It was such a great experience, the best location, the best customer service! It was a big day , the flight delayed, one hour waiting time for the uber at airport then the road work on the way!! We arrived very very late at 12:20am!! We have to thank you the hotel staff Ling Ling for her warm welcome & settled our check in smoothly. We will definitely back again next time!

Got upgraded to a apartment from a studio , with the compliments of the reception staff, cant remember her name but she was very friendly. Service was outstanding not forgetting a complimentary late check out as well.

Room was spacious and pool was clean, jacuzzi was great. There was a funny smell coming from somewhere and after mentioning it to housecleaning they couldn't do anything. Similar to rotting garbage. For this reason I would not book again.

Always stay in Mantra on Rusell, the servise is good, the location is close to everything, and the breakfest is nice too.

Will come back for the trip

Great location, service, equipment and access from every corner of Melbourne city. You could even swim while being in very center of the city. If I could argue one thing, it would be appreciated that they have more menus on breakfast, but still amazing.
