Everything is excellent and clean .. Room space is excellent .. Location is near to airport and train. There was a little smell of smoking in the room, but once opened the window it's cleared in few minutes.

The hotel was located 8 mins drive from the airport very clean and friendly staff.- from the outside doesn’t look much but the interior was very modern

Clean room, hospitality top class, very comfortable beds and owner was a very gentle man and offered everything which we needed, will definitely recommend to all of my family and friends and definitely will stay again ❤️

Overall satisfied, except for the breakfast menu. Would expect at least fruits are provided.

Room was not cleaned when unoccupied, we kept having to ask for new things, shower wasn't hot

The hotel was excellenet every thing was excellenet if i go agian i will stat agian there

1- They forgot to put towels in the bathroom and I checked in at night. Called the receptionist and they told me to wait and someone will bring towels. I waited for an hour. Then called the receptionist again only to tell me that they don’t offer service at night.  2- the AC was not working. I was sweating. 3- the water was cold and wouldn’t get warm enough for me to shower. Other than that, everything else is pretty good.

Excellent hotel yes bit far away from down center ..but overall good experience

فندق ممتاز واستقبال ممتاز وخدمه عملاء وخدمه غرف كلهم ودودين والله واشكرهم على البوفيه الجميل والشيف وخاصه اللي يسوي البيض ممتاز ما شاء الله

الفندق ممتاز والمطعم لا توجد فيه أصناف متعددة الفطور والخيارات محدودة جدا

فندق ممتاز عيبه الوحيد موقعه وبعده عن الحرم تقريبا 25 دقيقه للحرم النبوي

這個酒店真的物超所值，讓我有寫評價的沖動，設施比得上國內四星級酒店，前台還免費給升級了套房，房間大、設施新、離機場和高鐵站都很近，強推！

酒店很乾凈，設施很新。
