Strange hotel. New and quiet away from the craziness of lleras which are positives. However, the design is just odd. Strange snacks in the mini bar, strange things in the room, dark halls with eerie music playing, they are trying too hard to be overly hip. Not worth the price compared with other hotels nearby.

Amazing place , however they were not helpful in allowing me to check in to my room even one hour early. They insisted I wait until 3 pm and then one back. The lobby area is basically outside and it was raining,,I basically froze to death while the front desk people insisted that I could not check into my pre-paid room until 3 pm sharp. I sat there for two hours quite chilly and damp, and had to sit at their outdoor restaurant (very slow and poor service) and order and expensive lunch because they would not let me in a little early. The place was not crowded either. Therefore my first impression was poor.

This property is a hidden little gem. I loved the atmosphere and the quietness of it. Was able to relax during my stay. I also liked that it was in the heart of everything, was easy to get around and everything was within a 5-minute walk.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in EVER! I’m usually a resort or really fancy hotel type of girl so when I booked this I was a little on edge. Let me just say this hotel has almost beat them all! The aesthetics are BREATHTAKING! The service is impeccable! What surprised me most was the breakfast…omg. You literally sit down and order from a menu which is INCLUDED! I’m staying here EVERY time I come to medellin! Absolutely phenomenal.

Great property with feel of luxury - great hotel lobby, free breakfast, awesome rooftop restaurant and pool, top notch staff and service. Really nice atmosphere in the lobby and nice place to hang out. The only minor thing is that the room I chose was a bit small with sink area being compact. But overall, a wonderful stay and I would recommend to others. I would stay here again

Most importantly was the staff kindness and professionalism.
The coffee served at restaurants does not represent the famous blend and taste of Colombian coffee known worldwide.

Rooms and hallways are terribly dark. Also, entrance into the shower is dangerously high.
Everything else and the staff were excellent.
