It was a great experience staying in the hotel. All staff are so nice and helpful. They really take care of kids. We went swimming with our kids every morning. They even prepared new toys for that! How sweet!
The location of the hotel is excellent and it’s quiet and safe around. It has a large shopping mall next to it that you just need to cross the gate from the 2nd floor from the hotel. So convenient!
We will definitely recommend to our friends of it! Thanks all the staff for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. There are 2 malls, a pharmacy, a starbucks, a restaurant on a walking distance, so a lot to do. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.

地理位置不錯，有走廊直接連到附近商場，如圖。
酒店景色也不錯，如圖可看夜景。
最大的敗筆是進門有異味，床單居然還有頭髮，

This is my home hotel when I come to Medellin nearly 4 times a year. It is just in a class by itself.

From customer service to comfort we have nothing to say but positive things about this hotel. The staff was amazingly attentive and helpful. Very happy with our stay and will definitely refer to family and friends. Also, we will be back as soon as we can.
A big thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

We requested for the room to be decorated icw birthday, no feedback received, however upon arrival the room waa decorated, a note was placed with nice wishes and a delicious piece of dessert.

The property was clean and efficient; staff was very good in their service. One feedback - the number of breakfast tables can be increased, considering there's a lot of people during that time.
