บริการรวดเร็ว สถานที่ยุทธศาสตร์ ทำเลปลอดภัย เรามารับด้วยรถปิคอัพที่ปรับปรุงใหม่ให้เหมือนรถเดินทาง พอ รปภ. มาเยอะไปหน่อยเพราะรถเรามารับเอง แต่ไม่เป็นไร เพราะเราวางกระเป๋าลงทันที และรปภ.ก็เข้าใจทันที..แต่พอป๊าเอา brg ออกมาแล้วก็มี รปภ. จากข้างในโรงแรมรีบวิ่งออกมาเหมือนอยากจะไล่ออก แต่พอเห็นว่าเป็นแขก รปภ. ก็เข้าใจอีกที อิอิ . ดังนั้นเพียงแค่ทำให้ประสบการณ์ทั้งหมด อย่าดูถูกใครถ้าพักโรงแรมหรูที่มีรถไม่เท่ากัน..🤗🤗🤗

Positive points: - Comfortable bed - Clean room (except the bathroom) - Smart tv with streaming apps (but you must have your own subscription) - Room size - parquet floor - Location Negative points - Deposit is a MUST (hotel thinks that any guest has malicious intent to steal room items. Please, they’re not even the top of the line). You cannot use this deposit to pay room service (maybe can if you deposit more, like much more). Upon checking out, the front desk will have sb checking the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is non existent. You can hear ppl next door, the traffic, nearby train, and worst, the noise from the club on top floor). Tried staying in a room facing the pool. It helped to reduce some noise from traffic and train, but does not eliminate it (and they charge more for this room!!) - breakfast is basic - bathroom drainage cannot completely drain water. Take a shower in the evening and you will still see some puddle in the morning. Gross. - wifi is hit and miss

Looks grand hotel from Marriot… but - not helpful although we are their group members… but to the politic figures also staying there special treatment… - I just request away from noise but they intentionally subject me to more noises. STRESSED!!!! - the bed are small. - the toilet only overhead shower. - no shaver and no comb… - the fridge not cold… - the breakfast food so…so… food not hot and are hard… food not replenish immediately… the only nice food is the Lontong Medan… - the bar serve margarita was bad… For me, I will skip this hotel where possible… unless there are no more better hotel…

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

เราเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้เพียงเพราะไปร่วมงานต้อนรับงานแต่งงานที่จัดที่นั่น ผมได้เข้าพักโรงแรมทั่วโลกกว่า 150 แห่ง และครั้งแรกที่ผมต้องจ่ายค่ามัดจําคืนสําหรับรีโมทสําหรับ รีโมท สําหรับ แอร์เอ/ซี ห้องน้ําเล็กเกินจริง แมวผมสวิงแมวเข้าไปไม่ได้เลย ภายในห้อง ห้องน้ํา เล็กมาก ๆ ไม่มีน้ําร้อนตอน 5 ทุ่ม หลังจากที่เราเดินทางมา 5 ชั่วโมงถึงจะไปถึงแล้วต้องการให้สดชื่นจริงๆ ระหว่างทางไปทานอาหารเย็นได้สอบถามที่ reception เรื่องนี้ ได้รับแจ้งว่า เนื่องจาก ”ปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิค” เราเหลือแต่น้ําร้อนจาก 6 - 1 และจาก 6 - 2 น้ํา น้ําร้อน พนักงานต้อนรับ อธิบายว่าไม่รู้เรื่อง นี้ พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานต้อนรับ อธิบายว่า ไม่ได้ พูดจา สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ พนักงานต้อนรับก็แสดงเอกสารที่ไม่ได้เห็นหรือแสดงตอนเช็คอินที่อธิบายสถานการณ์ ผมแนะนําว่าควรแจ้งให้แขกทราบเรื่องนี้ตอนเช็คอิน อย่างมหัศจรรย์ ”ปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิค” ได้รับการแก้ไขในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น พนักงานไม่ทราบว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้นที่ที่พัก เราถามว่ามีดนตรีสดไหม พนักงานต้อนรับแนะนําสถานที่สองแห่งบนที่พักแต่แต่ละที่ปิด มีแต่ดิสโก้เปิด อาหารในร้านอาหารปานกลางที่สุด เค้าพยายามทําบาบีคิวนี้ที่โต๊ะแต่ดันไม่ส่ง มีจาน ถ้วย แก้ว ฯลฯ เยอะ แต่ช้อนแค่อันเดียว ไม่มีไฟด้านบนตู้ที่ชงชาหรือเตรียมขนม ฯลฯ ไฟด้านบน กระจกแต่งหน้า/แต่งกายก็ไม่ทํางาน เค้าไม่ตรวจสอบว่าทุกอย่างทํางานตอนทําความสะอาดห้องพักอย่างชัดเจน เฟอร์นิเจอร์พรม ตู้เสื้อผ้า ผ้าปูผนัง ฯลฯ เก่ามาก ยังไงก็ตาม เตียงนอนสบายและผนังที่ครอบคลุมหลังเตียงค่อนข้างใหม่ ไม่มีตู้เซฟในห้อง รู้เลยว่าตู้เซฟเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายและมีปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิคตลอด แต่ค่อนข้างมากทุกที่พักที่บอกว่าเป็น 1 มีเซฟในห้อง ส่วนที่แย่ที่สุดจากมุมมองด้านความปลอดภัยคือประตูลิฟต์ปิดได้ภายในเวลาสั้นมาก ผมได้รับบาดเจ็บแขนเนื่องจากประตูปิดใส่ผมภายใน 5 วินาทีขึ้นไปตีผมค่อนข้างแข็ง คุณยายตัวเล็กน่าจะได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัส ไม่มีใครดูสนใจ เป็นปัญหาที่ชัดเจนและควรได้รับการแก้ไข ห้องอาหารไม่มีการจัดเก็บเบียร์หรือไวน์หรือเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อื่นๆ เป็นที่พักที่ผู้บริหารดูเหมือนจะไม่สนใจ พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือ เต็มใจ สุภาพ และเคารพ แต่อบรมไม่ถูก นี่เป็นสัญญาณว่าการบริหารงานหรือความเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ไม่โยน

เป็น staycation ที่ดีมากๆ ทุกคนเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาดและเรียบง่าย(ชอบมาก) ผมสั่งอาหาร vegan และมันดีจนน่าแปลกใจ ผมแนะนําโรงแรมนี้แน่นอนถ้ามากับครอบครัวหรือแม้คุณจะเข้าพักด้วยตัวเอง อ่า ใกล้พิพิธภัณฑ์สัตว์ชื่อดังของเมดานด้วย
