Casper Cabin-Year Round Retreat at Massanutten -SKI AREA, GOLF, HIKE & WATERPARK

The house was perfect for a little weekend getaway with my kids and adult nephew. It was close enough to all the fun things at Massanutten. The beds were comfy, nice hot showers, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The only downside was there was a bunch of lightbulbs out in most of the bathrooms or missing. The cabin is beautiful and has all you would need. The host was responsive but not effusive. Parking is available but tricky. Our rented minivan got stuck.

This location is beautiful. The cabin is very nice. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and we're pretty picky on this topic! The only thing that was a little difficult was GPS telling us we were at the property too soon. The parking was a little scary the first day as we arrived after dark. The hot tub was only half full but we likely wouldn't have had time to use it. Only negative for us was having to transport the trash to a dumpster which meant a car ride with the trash bag. Overall great place to stay! Would stay here again!

Cabin was perfect for a short vacation with my sisters, and the host was super accommodating to our needs. The location was perfect. The highlight of the trip was the multiple deers that came thru the property each night.

Check in was simple and a very comfortable place to stay. The closeness to all of the area activities made it convenient for adventures. We arrived with deer greeting us at the driveway. We fill our vacations with lots of excursions and this was a wonderful place to rest our family and within an hour or so of all our adventures.

Perfect Mini Vacation! We had a fantastic stay at the Casper Cabin. The house had everything we could have needed, for example an extra fan, ice cream scooper, blankets to snuggle up and watch a movie on the couch. The popcorn was a sweet surprise for the kids. The mattresses were super comfortable and my kids slept later than ever before! The trundle room was perfect for our toddler and my daughter enjoyed the Q bed upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to easily cook meals. We enjoyed the pool, walking around the neighborhood, and visiting a nearby vineyard (Brix and Columns). Everything just felt easy and relaxed. If you are attached to your dishwasher, I suggest bringing paper plates :)
