Disappointing stay – far from 4‑star quality We spent two nights here and unfortunately left with a very negative impression. What looked appealing online turned out to be a tired, outdated property with poor attention to guest comfort. Our room felt neglected and stuck in another era. The bathroom was especially unpleasant – an awkward folding shower door, no bidet (unexpected for a “4‑star” hotel), and a strong sewage smell that made it uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, the door to our room didn’t even close properly, which is concerning from a safety perspective. Public areas were just as disappointing. The pool was small, with an uninspiring outdoor space, and the photos online certainly didn’t match reality. Breakfast was basic and unremarkable, well below what you’d expect for the rating – though I will say the breakfast staff themselves were friendly and attentive, which was one of the few positives. The low point came when we asked, after check‑out, if we could use the pool for an hour before leaving. In most hotels, this is offered as a courtesy to departing guests. Here, we were told flatly, “We have 100 guests arriving, there’s no space for you,” followed by “those are the rules.” There was no willingness to accommodate, no flexibility, and no sense of appreciation for guests who had just paid to stay there. Overall, this property falls far short of the standard it claims – not only in terms of facilities, but in the attitude of management. There are many other hotels in the area that are better maintained, more welcoming, and more deserving of your time and money.

Really lovely and welcoming staff. Rooms were clean. No tea/coffee in the room, but this seems normal in Puglia. Really lovely pool area, again with helpful staff. Good value.

Good Good location to walk into Martina Franca and nice pool. Helpful desk staff

Perfectly fine for 2/3 days. Limited dining options in very large, usually empty restaurant. Staff very helpful. 20 minute walk to martina Franca old town along main road. Pool is shared with public club and when not closed is busy with lots of school children.

We stayed here for a family wedding which was being held at a nearby location. The hotel is walking distance to the town (20 mins) where there are some lovely little restaurants and cafes. The hotel has a pool in the grounds and provides breakfast. Taxis can be called from reception however please be aware that taxis charge per person and not per car as we do in the uk. The staff were all very helpful and polite and the hotel was very clean.

Struttura eccellente in tutto. Disponibilità e gentilezza gli elementi fondamentali. Un particolare ringraziamento al Sig Michele che ci ha coccolato in tutte le esigenze presentate dal gruppo. Sicuramente consigliata.

Soggiornato a capodanno, le 4 stelle sono decisamente troppe. Personale gentilissimo, colazione e cenone ottimi ma: bagni da rifare, e pulizia nella stanza da migliorare. Tutto decisamente datato.

Buona posizione per visitare i paesi limitrofi personale gentile, è un hotel con numerose camere piuttosto datato, bagno piccolo per essere un 4 stelle ci è sembrato scarso, internet funzionava male al primo piano pur avendolo segnalato nessun intervento. Rapporto qualità prezzo scarso

Un hôtel avec un plan de circulation curieux ou le 100 ne veut pas dire que vous êtes au 1 er… Les chambres sont classiques , un peu datées ( effectivement il ne mérite pas 4 étoiles). Par contre le personnel est souriant et accueillant . L hôtel est un peu loin de la ville qui est charmante ( marché de 15-20 minutes). Comme nous sommes arrivés un peu tard … trop fatigué pour aller la visiter.
