Hi actually I got 4 stars 🌟 hotel but 1 star hotel honestly I don’t know what can I say . I have been trusted you but smashed my holiday.

Terrible customer service, hot water not working, air condition not working. Language barrier. Booked for 10 days and stayed only one night due to the service given and no refund was given.

This was a reasonable hotel at reasonable pricing. Was on the 5th floor so good view looking out. The room needs updating was the headboard was detached, light switch loosely connected, shower head holder needing fixing. I travelled solo so this was no biggie. Overall happy with the experience

For the price the hotel is ok. Only problem provided towels and much noise all day and night pool view not accepted

Not a good choice

Les chambres c’est pile ou face sinon tout le reste nickel, accueil parfait.

Mauvais choix

Buon hotel ma con poca pulizia

Avoid this hotel at all costs! We paid for 3 family rooms (2double beds in each) and were given twin rooms(2single beds) After complaining several times they gave us what we had originally paid for, but the receptionist was so rude and kept arguing about it. There were no fridges in any of the rooms, and the bed sheets were dirty and stank of sweat! After repeatedly asking for the cleaners to change them, they would just make the beds up and pretend they were clean sheets, we *****ped the beds and wet them so they had to give us clean sheets! Disgusting place! We had 2 towels between 8 people, again after constantly asking for more they reluctantly gave us 4 more, so the kids had to use the hand towels. The bathroom stank so bad, it was unbearable, I had to cover the drains so the smell didn’t come out! They have never heard of bleach! The “buffet” did not have enough food for all the guest who had paid for it! The desserts were 1 per person, and there was only 1 plate of around 10 desserts to share between around 30 ppl. Not acceptable. The head man in charge of the dinning room was rude and arrogant and kept shouting at everyone. No customer service skills. The pool is in the shade and despite the unbearable heat outside it was always freezing cold, no one could use it. When asking about the prices of anything I was told that because I was from the UK I would have to pay the UK price as apparently we “are all rich from uk”. Scammers! As we were leaving they forced us to pay again for the hotel tax, claiming we hadn't paid! They threatened us with the police and said we would be arrested at the airport as they had our passport copies! Wish I had read the reviews, instead of trusting the travel agent! Do not be fooled by the good reviews, the place is a stinky, dirty, dump!
