C’est la deuxième fois et je suis très contente , Je suis une personne terriblement maniaque Et dans cette hôtel j’étais très satisfaite de tout les services De l’arrivée aux départs . Si il y’a quelque chose à dire !!! Pour moi il serait la distinction de qualité supérieure.

A very good hotel. Lots of amenities. A very good Breakfast included. The staff were very friendly. Tourist map of Marrakesh on arrival would help.

I liked the property very much. The hotel is nice. What I didn't like was that we had a friend accompanying us that was treated very disrespectfully. Staff was constantly checking on him as if he was doing something bad, which was not the case, and it made us all feel extremely uncomfortable. This constant checking was disrespectful for me too.

The gift I got from my wife was stolen and the hotel did not solve the issue.
