新市街の方にあり、周りにクラブなどがあります。マラケシュの駅からも歩いていける距離です。 ホテル自体は少し古めですが、立地良く、スタッフの方々も親切でした。ホテルのデスクでZagoraの砂漠ツアーを申し込みました。詳細不明でしたが、ネット等で検索するツアーとほぼ同じでした。 フロントデスクの方は入れ替わっても親切です。オススメのホテルです。しかし、綺麗な映え系ホテルをお探しの方にはオススメしません。あと、お湯は出ませんでした涙

For this prize a good hotel near shops, restaurants etc. 30 minutes walk (few minutes by Taxi) to old Town, 15 minuten from/to Airport Breakfast (free!) not super but you will not have to leave the hotel hungry. Everything in de clean bedrooms was a bit old but functional. Beds a bit hard but clean. In the evening, the rooms on the streetside are bit noisy but you can close window. balconydoor. Towelchange and roomcleaning every day. Roomszise is ok, if you want a bit more space, i advise to book a 3 or even a 4 persons room.

First and foremost, the property is located in an unsafe town, as we have been approached by a different criminal gang every time we arrive and/or we leave the property. They would be waiting for us around the corner, and all they want is money. Then, upon check-in, we were received by an aggressive and argumentative bellman named Hassan from the minute we enquired about car parking (as advertised). Ultimately, we got charged 60 dhs to park outside on the main road. The bellman believes serving for 22 years gives him the right to threaten and disrespect paying customers. At one point, he asked me to go outside the property and move my car, which he said was blocking the director's car - when I went outside, I found out that it was not my car that he was referring to. So I was agitated that this man inconvenienced me and made me go outside without ensuring whose car it was. Another instance was when I invited my girlfriend to stay with us for one night, he threatened us with the police (even though she was a registered paying guest and had her own room). Regarding rooms/facilities, the TV & heating system controllers were either faulty or missing. When I had enough, I asked to get a refund so I could go somewhere else; however, they refused to give me back my money. I don’t understand how these hoteliers run a business like this, where guests are disrespected, mistreated, and not cared for. They don’t play by the international laws. So, they have their own rules, and you cannot hold them accountable. What a terrible experience. OTAs should definitely compensate us for advertising such an unpleasant hotel.

From the moment that we arrived the staff were really friendly. The location is great for all major attractions and shops. One thing that we really liked was the incredible decor, beautiful Moroccan art everywhere even on the ceilings. Highly recommend this little gem. We were a bit less keen to get in the pool as it was a bit cloudy, so I wouldn’t book this if a pool is essential to you but other than that perfect.

We stayed at Moroccan House as part of an Intrepid tour. We had a large room on level 5, overlooking the pool. It was quiet at night, with no noise from the hotel or street. Our two beds (one double, one twin) had firm mattresses, and oddly dense, lumpy pillows. The air conditioning worked well, but the fridge couldn’t be plugged in as the power point was hanging from the wall by its wires. There was only one other power point in the room to plug in and charge our devices. The bathroom needs an update, with tiles and panels broken, but there was good water pressure & temperature in the shower. The pool was cool and refreshing after a hot day. The breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace was adequate with cereal, pastries, Moroccan flatbread, jams, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, eggs cooked to order.

I loved that the property was clean quite and the staff was respectful. I would recommend anyone to stop by if you are in the area.

Stayed at the end of intrepid tour. Very very disappointing. Rooms very very tired. Bathrooms need a overhaul. Bed was very firm. Towels all frayed and thin. Breakfast not inviting. Other tour crew had paint fumes in their room. Pool was clean. Sunloungers needed upgrading. A 1 star accommodation. I certainly do not recommend this accommodation. Bus or taxi to the Medina

We recently visited this hotel it was clean and the staff were really friendly would definitely go back to visit. This is the first time we’ve visited morroco and the people with incredible the weather was perfect for some winter ☀️

This looked magical. However, that is where it stopped. The rooms were tired and were dangerous and were very unsafe. Poor lighting added to the problem. No in room facilities and breakfast offered was of a poor standard. I would not ever stay again and swapped hotels the next day
