Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I knew the reputation of the owners and they did not disappoint. So much care is gone into the care and upkeep of this property. The beds are absolutely wonderful as well. We will definitely stay here again.
KKenzieLee5The front desk gentleman were friendly and talkative. They gave me all the information I needed and even asked me what floor I would prefer to be on as well as letting me know the restaurant across the parking lot gave 10% off when showing your key card. The cleaning lady left us a nice hand written note in our room which is always sweet. The pool area was big, clean, and the hot tub was hot and the jets worked perfectly as well as the pool being heated was a bonus. We loved the mural paintings on the wall. The breakfast women helped with things in the breakfast area I was having trouble with and was also friendly every morning. It was a great place for us to stay with kids and I would come back for sure although I do wish the beds were just alittle more comfortable. Just alittle too firm in the opinion but no trouble falling asleep.
I'd been going to the Imperial for decades, Since Cedar Motor Inn recently acquired that property, thought I'd give them a try. Stayed in the original Cedar wing. Price was reasonable, room was generally comfortable, albeit a bit dated (does appear they have been doing renovations to the property as a whole). Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the family staying in the room above us had a kid who was active at all hours and not at all light on his feet (parents- get a clue!). Pool and hot tub were adequate, as was breakfast selection. Breakfast area was actually very nice, but could use a few more tables. We were there multiple nights, but no maid service was offered. If they would at least come in daily to empty the trash and replenish soap and TP as needed, it would've been nice. Would consider staying again, but in the single-floor wing.
