Honestly. A lovely hotel but not worth the price If you are going, just make sure u don't get room 1102. Even front desk staff agreed she hears complaints about it's size and location frequently

Great hotel - rooms with good size and very clean. Front desk agents very kind and helpful

Terrible experience. Was not helped when I asked what so ever. There were random dogs walking onto my first floor balcony. I told the desk I was allergic and they did nothing.

就在碼頭旁邊兒，房間小的就別説了，這邊兒的房價普遍比較高，還好是攜程上訂沒有税和其他的，費用停車費需要45美元。設施足夠老，不過普遍沒有國內的那麼先進，床還不錯

房間老舊，牙刷牙膏拖鞋礦泉水什麼都不提供，距離便利店也有好一段距離沒車很不方便，兩千多的價真不至於

Bel hôtel avec un service excellent mais le quartier est éloigné de tout et n’offre aucun intérêt

It was me and my bf first time here and the first guy that checked us in was rude and monotone. Are tv wasn’t working so I ask him politely if anyone is able to fix it and he just acted like I was bothering him and said he’ll call the engineer but never did. Between me and my bf we had to go to the front desk 4 times before they finally gave us another room. Customer service wasn’t that great in the beginning but overall the rooms were beautiful and the stay was good

Both nights was noisy due to guest above us but staff quickly resolved our complaints. They are very nice and we will be returning back!

Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff eager to ensure my stay was exceptional. A special shoutout to Michelle at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist me. The pool was also a highlight, providing a fantastic way to spend the day. I'm eagerly anticipating my return.

My girlfriend and I have stayed at this hotel for years when I come to visit from Colorado. This stay was a huge disappointment. We were awaken at 1am by a very loud noise that went on for hours. We couldn’t figure out what it was. We informed the front desk the next morning and were told no one else had complained and we should have called the front desk and they would have investigated it then. That to me is very poor customer service and they have lost us as future guests!

Nice hotel in Marina del Rey with a midcentury-modern touch. Pictures of famous visitors from the 60ies indicate a long history. Beautiful marina view - if you are staying on 2nd or 3rd floor. Rooms on first floor are facing pool, restaurant or parking lot instead and shouldn‘t be sold as marina view at all! Marina del ray is a nice, safe and quiet area which is not for from Venice, Santa Monica and Hollywood. We stay in L.A. a lot and this is our most favourable area. The restaurant of the hotel is pricy but very recommendable. Poolarea is okay, big jacuzzi, but a shower is missing - not very hygienic. Only valet parking, since there is no other way to get there as by car it‘s another 45$/per night you should substract from your budget. Overall we can recommend the place as long as you are not staying on 1st floor.

We stayed in the Hotel for four nights. All the staff we encountered were very nice indeed. There was a variety of unacceptable problems with our room, not all of which could be rectified during our stay. This was a downer and is the reason for the low rating. Subsequent correspondence with customer relations elicited a thoughtful and very satisfactory response. We’d stay there again.

Nancy at the front desk was nice and very helpful. All staff was friendly. Thank you. We will be returning in the summer.

We love the property for its location, and the pool. The rooms do need some basic maintenance however. The showers need some deep cleaning, and the carpet was frayed by the slider to the outside. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
