Me and my family always enjoy our stay here. Friendly staff and the only hotel in town with free breakfast. Only thing is I personally dislike the pool here though as it is enclosed right next to outside doors so it gets hot and really humid inside there and makes you not want to swim. The humidity with the AZ heat is too much for us to bare.

Really good but toilet to to small and low

I am very pleased with our stay We had a wonderful time with my 80 year old mother and my aunt. I will definitely be there again

Room was nice. location was good. But bathroom fan was very noisy. Front counter was going to have someone check as soon as I let them know. Since we only stayed one night, it was not a real problem.

Staff were very nice and room was great. Didn't have a chance to use anything else as I was not there much. But I will certainly return here on my next trip.

We were staying a week. We put the sign out to clean and it was not cleaned for 3 days!! We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels!

Liked my welcome front desk agent. New building, decently clean….. but smelly outside, located near cattle farm

Friendly staff. Strange barnyard smell on the outside maybe from the surrounding fields. Paid over $200 for room. Worth about $110. Small spiders under my covers when I pulled them back before going to bed. Walls were paper thin. Could hear neighbor coughing and hacking at night. Could hear toilets flushing from adjacent rooms. Bathroom door stop is in the middle of the bathroom. Step on it every time getting into and out of tub. Tub surface slippery with no grab handle, could be a major hazard. Staff very friendly. Ground pretty clean.

Newer hotel in a convenient location in the heart of Maricopa. King room had nice bed, huge shower, and lots of nice touches like plenty of charging ports, a nice closet/storage area, a padded bench to sit on to take off/puf on your shoes. Covered peephole and 2 types of extra door locks for safety. The only bad thing I can say is that the floors were very dirty, there were peanuts under the bedside table and the hallways, walkways and elevator floor had dirt from one day to the next. This hotel seems to be home to construction type workers from the area (lots of building going on in town) which would explain some of the dirt on the floors, but not in the room. Overall a good experience and would try them again if need be.

Not overly clean for such a new property but not terrible. Close to some amenities and only hotel available in Maricopa.

Everything was very good. The only hiccup was the guest laundry facility. We had to go the c-store to get quarters as the front desk didn’t have any. One of the dryers wouldn’t work (wouldn’t accept quarters, made them aware). Washed one more load the night before leaving and the other dryer would not work. Person at front desk was not helpful or concerned at all, offered no suggestions for an out of state visitor. We were finally able to get the machine to accept our quarters with some effort. Other than that issue, our stay was very good. All other staff were very friendly, the person attending breakfast offered to get us items when we came to breakfast close to the ending time, which was not necessary for her to do but very nice for her to offer. The housekeeping staff was very nice, always clean towels and garbages emptied. Will stay there again.

Property and stay was good. I have no issue with that stuff at all. I do have an issue with when I checked in, they even said “I see you reservation is pre-paid”, then they tried to charge me over $100 for each room (I reserved 2 rooms). When I told them, they said that “the system inadvertently charged your rooms this charges”. What? Anyway, we’ll see if it gets fixed. Just make sure you check your charges on the room.

Clean, helpful staff, free breakfast ,reasonably price and very, very close to the ****** at a much more reasonable price

Our experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites was very comfortable and easy in and out. Very clean, safe parking, and quiet.
