ห้องพักไม่สะอาด ภายในดูเก่า ไม่ได้รีโนเวทเลย ตอนที่ไปแอร์ก็เสียและร้อนมาก

The hotel is in a prime location, but my stay was very disappointing. First, the room type provided did not match my reservation. On top of that, the facilities are quite dated, the bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the AC control didn't work well. I expected much better for the price.

Room got a lots of dust. Kettle was not clean. But good location.

The hotel has great location, in front of park and walking disttance from Mannheim main station. Easy to commue and shopping

Delicious breakfast, nice people and not so bad area

Great building, friendly city unfortunately staff was below par and GM was not very attentive to required politeness in advance. Still a cool exposure by location

Good view but lack of commitment by staff in accountability term in terms of self called out to renovate building. Any compliment given, was destroyed on purpose. An true gem building with lack of commitment to its amenities! Unsure whether booking again

酒店非常靠近曼海姆主火車站，而且酒店的外觀非常的歐式風格，很有氛圍，酒店的裝修也很典雅，不過房間的裝修有一些陳舊，房型也比較一般，不過很安靜也很舒適

歐式復古酒店環境雅緻，客房乾淨安靜，網絡穩定適配辦公；前台溝通順暢，大部分費用網上結清，小額税費到店付款，攜程可直接開電子發票方便報銷，曼海姆商務出行體驗極佳。

Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Lage war genial, das Hotelzimmer großzügig, das Frühstücksbuffett sehr vielseitig und richtig lecker.

酒店外表很氣派，在一棟歷史悠久的建築中。但房間內部體驗中規中矩，尤其是空調幾乎不製冷，在這個炎熱的夏日體驗還是不佳。

Das Hotel ist alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Teppichboden war nicht sauber und hat unangenehm gerochen. Das Schlimmste war jedoch, dass keine der Klimaanlagen richtig funktioniert hat. Im Sommer ist das wirklich inakzeptabel. Ich musste die ganze Nacht mit offener Tür schlafen, konnte aber wegen des lauten Lärms draußen kaum schlafen. Ich habe noch nie eine so katastrophale Erfahrung mit einem Hotel gemacht.

2년전 방문때 묵었던 호텔로 1901년 ..오랜 역사를 가진 호텔이라 개인적인 선호도가 높아서 예약했는데.. 이번 방문때는 조금 실망이 컸습니다. 오래되다보니 낡았고 청결도가 조금 떨어지는 느낌..오래된 바닥 카페트 구조가 더 눅눅하게 느끼게 되었습니다..
