เรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพัก 4 คืน พนักงานมีความสุภาพและเข้าถึงได้ง่าย โรงแรมและห้องพักของเราสะอาดมาก คะแนนโบนัสสำหรับสถานที่ตั้งใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟ ห้างสรรพสินค้า บาร์ ธนาคาร ฯลฯ

All the staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient in terms of shopping and dining. Very satisfactory stay with good value. Well done. The only suggested area for improvement is room cleaners should try to keep trolly noise down especially after 10pm.

Hotel Kimberly accommodation, location, services and breakfast buffet is very good for the price. It is not so many choices for breakfast but it is pretty good compared to the plated one. Room is spacious, clean and the toilet has bidet. The hotel staff are helpful and very kind. I would recommend this hotel if you haven't try it.

We had a wonderful Christmas at your hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, clean, and just what we needed. Thank you for making our holiday stay so enjoyable!

We chose Kimberly Hotel mainly for its location (2 to 4 minutes walk to The Robinson's Place). Everything was up to our expectation (clean floor, matresses, comforters, bathroom/bathtub, towels etc), the housekeeping was excellent. Hotel receptionists, the security guards etc were all very helpful. The breakfasts were also good. Will stay there again in the future.
