Excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Althought the bldg is a little bit outdated, they try to maintain the cleanliness. Could use a bit of improvement like a mini fridge which I'm not sure if available on other room types. Overall, location is very excellent. Only negative is there is almost non-existent soundproofing so you can hear all the parties around Korean Town.

The swimming pool is not that big but there are no other users, which is comfortable. The doorman always asks me for my room number when I go out and I have to stop for a while.

The staff are approachable and friendly

Lots of cockroaches of various sizes in my room. Building smelled weird. Room was noisy and walls were thin, I could hear the loud elevator ding all night. Check-in was fast and the price was cheap, though.

All in all, everything is good, but my room wasn’t that clean. Also I have to ask for amenities a bit hazzle.
