Gave us a handicap room and not willing to switch to a room with a tub. Claimed the facility was full! Temperature not able to be adjusted!

I got in later to check in. The gentleman who checked me in was amazing and professional. But the stand out was the bed. The most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in.

Went there at 2:30, 5:00, and couldn’t check in because room was not ready. Finally got checked in at 10:00pm.

We were not able to check in at check in time. No rooms were ready. Then when we did finally get checked in late that night they did not give us the room we paid for which was supposed to bea King Room.

Quite a decent stay! The rooms are large. It is an older hotel so Amenities such as gym and bathrooms are from that era.

My room had no chair for the desk went to get ice machines not working I have had enough they moved me to another room would not refund me the other room had no chair or light at the desk the best thing was I got close to pool and I slept
