I used to stay here every month in 2013 back when it was relatively new. I loved it here then. Going back here in 2026 though is a different story. The facilities are clearly outdated. No more buffet breakfast. The positive side though is that the people are wonderful, especially the ones who make it a point to send up my food deliveries to my room. They really take the extra mile to do so with courtesy and sincerity. I just wish they do better with lobby and reception area. It feels lifeless and gloomy. The room I stayed in on the seventh floor was clean though and I love the fact that they have a bidet and that they provide bottled water. My room had a "mini kitchen" with a sink, refrigerator, and a heater. For the price I paid, it was worth it.

The room is good. Not the tv tho, no Netflix and YouTube but still recommendable.

Nice hotel and very accessible. The staff are so nice, very stable internet best for working from home.

2nd time here .. great location..most things nearby..

Facilities are so so

Loved the decor of the lobby, room, bathroom was clean, breakfast was good! Staff was great & very helpful & were very mindful of every instructions from my side. Loved the place, will definitely book here if I visit Cebu again!

Barado bathtub, yung aircon lakas tama sa mukha, when we enemter the room amoy bodega na di nalinisan mabaho. Hindi gumagana hot mg shower. Sira amg door key/security need pa magpa assist pag papasok. I will not recommend this hotel.

Good for our 1 night stay, breakfast was great.

I stayed at this hotel recently and found it to be quite average. The room was a decent size, but the air conditioning struggled to cool it adequately, which was a bit uncomfortable. The friendly staff made a positive impression, always ready to assist. However, the blackout curtain didn’t do a great job blocking out light, making it hard to sleep in. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement.
