Excellent value. The breakfast is the strongest point by far with a solid array of foods, drinks and nibbles. The room was a decent size with AC and TV. The water pressure was great and was of course hot. Soaps and towels provided, though there was no hairdryer. However, the room did contain a large fridge and full mirror. The only real negative is the WiFi. It basically doesn't work enough to load more than a Google page. The speed test showed between 3-6 megabytes per second throughout the hotel, so no online video calls I'm afraid. That said, for the price paid, one can't complain. The value is exceptional. Note that the fitness centre contains very old mostly broken equipment, though the pool looks nice enough.

Garagem com apenas 5 vagas, vazamentos de esgoto e lixo acumulado. Restaurante não funciona após café da manhã. Porta do hotel é elevador com falhas constantes de funcionamento. Entrada de carros com faixa rebaixada constantemente bloqueada com carros estacionados por horas. Pouquíssimos produtos de bebida e alimentação a venda. Vazamentos no Hall da recepção e sem rampa de acesso. Funcionárias mulheres bastante educadas e receptivas mas os funcionários homens com permanente mau humor e desleixo. O único elogio é para as arrumadeiras dos quartos. Uma lástima porque a impressão é de que a gestão está em mãos de quem não se importa, porque teria estrutura para significativas melhoras.

Reservei em meu nome um quarto para 2 pessoas pela Trip.com. Minha amiga chegou antes de mim e foi exigido o pagamento, ela informou que a estadia já estava paga e mesmo assim ela teve que passar o cartão dela para o quarto ser liberado, mesmo tendo sido feita a reserva com o meu cartão e em meu nome. Depois de algum tempo o atendente percebeu que o pagamento já havia sido efetuado por mim, então estornou o pagamento exigido indevidamente da minha amiga. Pela manhã ao pedir uma água o atendente disse que o pagamento tinha que ser feito na hora. Eu questionei e disse que o comum em hotéis é abrir uma conta e cobrar tudo na saída e ele disse não ser possível. Ao tentar pagar com cartão ele informou que o sistema estava indisponível e que poderia ser pago apenas em dinheiro ou PIX. À noite ao solicitar outra garrafa de água, informou que o pagamento com cartão continuava indisponível e que o pagamento deceria ser efetuado por PIX ou em dinheiro. Achei esse procedimento inadmissível. Até porque no frigobar do quarto deveria ter água para o hóspede não ter que ir à portaria para pegar. O café é muito bom e quarto agradável. A localização do hotel é no Centro, perto de algumas atrações da cidade. Mas os atendentes deveriam ser mais cordiais e a política do hotel mudar.

Value for money Accommodation although not European standard. I would definitely recommend. I would stay again .

Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful! Room was nice and comfortable with great AC. Location is within walking distance to so many things! Let's talk about that breakfast though... Hands down, absolutely, the BEST breakfast I've had in a very long time. Not only was there a wide selection, everything was delicious. I honestly can't imagine visiting Manaus again and not staying here. In fact, I plan on it!

Nice and good located hotel. Not very fancy but good value for the price you pay. Friendly and helpful staff.

Never helpful with anything but was really good at saying no to about every request. Small charges for every little thing. TV’s don’t work. Lobby smells like sewage during rain storms. No one there speaks any English or Spanish, no Portuguese and you’re on your own. Breakfast is basic and ends earlier then they say. Gym hasn’t been cleaned since 1985. Pool is dirtier than all the pictures give the impression of. 0/10. Would not recommend.

The property is well located. The rooms are clean but the air conditioning is very cold with no blankets. The hot shower did not work on the morning I left. The restaurant has 2 out of the approx. 15 items on the menu. and no beer.
