Hotel Neelam

This place is just opposite to the private bus parking area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and service is prompt. Running hot water is available 24/7. Food is very delicious. Room is cleaned regularly and staff assist you with any help needed such as bike rentals, tour planning, and so on. View from the room is amazing. A point to note is that rooms with view face the main road and can be a bit noisy. But one can see Beas river and Himalayas. Wifi is also good and reliable. We were able to take our work calls. A special thanks to Jograj for being very helpful. A small suggestion to the hotel management is to have better curtains. The present ones don't block sunlight.
