Decent property with courteous staff. Easily accessible as ***y cabs outside hotel. 10 minute stroll to Old ***ali.

We have booked two Luxury Rooms with views via our agent Cleartrip. However, on check in they have given us Delux Rooms ‘ when asked why? The answer is Luxury Rooms will be given to honey-moon couples. The room functioning , Electric Bell, Do not disturb, Make my room are not working hence you may have to face all sorts of discomforts. The resort is literally NOT completely ready for entry-exit for vehicles so you have to take your baggage from the parking area to ground floor (100 meteres ) since the ramp is under construction/maintenance. The conceirge who handles your big trolly bag will be abused it in such way that the wheals will be damaged by the time it arrives at your rooms. Breakfast , All the day same menus. Chaos .....Quality wise substandard , Poor preparations , Only two staffs to look after for more than 50 guests . Chef ( Not Really ) at Live station is a Joker; when you ask for Dosa, The answer is “ its chargeble “ When you ask for Omlet the answer is “ No Live Omlet available “ Reported all these problems to Mr.Rana ( I think he is GM) while staying there but he was helpless. On check out day, even though we have requested for 12 noon check out in advance, one of their staff came to our room at 11 am and furiosly asked us to vacate both the rooms immediately as there are lot of guests are waiting for rooms. Still wonder how this property ***aged get good reviews in TA, requesting TA authorities to check and ensure that all reviews posted here are genuine enable TA members to choose better properties.

Exceptional location and near to Hidimba temple and Mall Road as well. Stay is quite good and facilities also. Staffs are polite and they came in one call. I recommend to try at least once then you will not regret and also prefer during winters so you will enjoy snow at hotel as well.

The best view and facilities resort in old ***ali. Tasty food and breakfast very good staff. Hot water available. Ample parking space. And travel desk for local sight seeing assistance also available with reasonable rates. Overall excellent stay.

Coming to the room we got , it had a huge balcony with Snow capped Himalayas in front of us We enjoyed snowfall itself in the terrace with a swimming pool view The restaurant food I can guarantee is best in ***ali ( Specially the biriyani) Room service was too good Even the resort ***ager was kind enough to keep our luggages during the checkout day Overall one of the best hotels in ***ali

The resort is situated in a heavenly place. The view is too good. Staffs are good. Food was also tasty. The bed was large. They also gave a bed cum sofa. Drinking water was also served in the room. It was the best stay in ***ali till now. Worth of every penny

The Room is Decent in the Orchid greens, Heater with extra cost (all hotels), warm water 24 hrs. Food in the hotel is hygin, will be suitable for all type of dietary. I booked a room with balcony but not used much as we enjoyed a lot in outdoor. Is near to hidimba temple and mall road also accessible.

Best experience, very good staff and quality of rooms is best......... Everything was great at this hotel.. ... ....amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome....... I recommend every ***ali lover.....I visit again next summer

Hotel is at very good location and is very near to Hadimba temple and mall road. The balcony gives very good views of the mountains and pine trees. Hotel has one of the best central heating and the services also justified the price charged. Do consider
