We have booked two Luxury Rooms with views via our agent Cleartrip. However, on check in they have given us Delux Rooms ‘ when asked why? The answer is Luxury Rooms will be given to honey-moon couples. The room functioning , Electric Bell, Do not disturb, Make my room are not working hence you may have to face all sorts of discomforts. The resort is literally NOT completely ready for entry-exit for vehicles so you have to take your baggage from the parking area to ground floor (100 meteres ) since the ramp is under construction/maintenance. The conceirge who handles your big trolly bag will be abused it in such way that the wheals will be damaged by the time it arrives at your rooms. Breakfast , All the day same menus. Chaos .....Quality wise substandard , Poor preparations , Only two staffs to look after for more than 50 guests . Chef ( Not Really ) at Live station is a Joker; when you ask for Dosa, The answer is “ its chargeble “ When you ask for Omlet the answer is “ No Live Omlet available “ Reported all these problems to Mr.Rana ( I think he is GM) while staying there but he was helpless. On check out day, even though we have requested for 12 noon check out in advance, one of their staff came to our room at 11 am and furiosly asked us to vacate both the rooms immediately as there are lot of guests are waiting for rooms. Still wonder how this property ***aged get good reviews in TA, requesting TA authorities to check and ensure that all reviews posted here are genuine enable TA members to choose better properties.
