เพียงแค่ข้ามถนนจาก / ไปสนามบิน เหมาะสําหรับเที่ยวบินแรกหรือมาถึงล่าช้า ห้องพักเป็นเหมือนกระท่อมขนาดเล็กสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย การจัดวางที่ดีพร้อมสระว่ายน้ําสองสระ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมเป็นแบบนิการากัว และอาหารเช้าก็เช่นกัน - อาหารเช้าแบบดั้งเดิมที่ดี แต่อย่าคาดหวังอาหารเช้าแบบตะวันตก

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีกว่า มีห้างสรรพสินค้าอยู่ไม่ไกลซึ่งสะดวกต่อการรับประทานอาหาร จ่ายที่แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมถูกกว่า Ctrip และรวมอาหารเช้า

I booked this hotel because of the great reviews, the time our flight landed and the convenience of being close to the airport. We arrived late at night and their shuttle was not available so I was told they would have a taxi waiting for us to bring us to the hotel. That never happened. Upon arrival - no greeting from the woman at the front desk and the atmosphere was not welcoming at all. She explained nothing to us and only asked for payment. I had to ask for water, amenities information and the time that breakfast is served. The rooms were comfortable, I like the three beds and they have AC. My husband however, made the mistake of looking behind one of the bed posts and there was tons of hair, dust and dirt accumulated for who knows how long. It was awful! In the morning - same, no greeting from a different woman at the front desk. To top it off - they were supposed to refund $50.00 back to my credit card. As of today, no refund! So on top of being rude, they also keep the money that they say they are going to refund. Pros - bellhop was extremely nice and helpful and so were the gentlemen working in the restaurant in the morning. Other than that - I would stay far away from this place. Or maybe because we are latinos we are treated differently than other guests. We will never stay here again and we were very excited to be here as this was our first trip to Nicaragua.
