我們的房間有很棒的海景，每天早上打開陽台門心情舒暢。賓館的總體設施確實需要更新提升了，服務人員非常友好，食物基本可以的。每天晚上音樂聲要到11.30左右，對於習慣早睡的人那裡不太友好。 對於我所付的房費，我不能要求太高。總體滿意。

This is a small friendly hotel, the rooms were a little basic but had everything you need. The food was quite good as there was always a good variety to choose from. There was a safe & a fridge in the room that you had to pay extra for but we didn't bother. The staff were lovely & always helpful. The location was perfect & the train station was about 5 mins walk where you could get the train all along the coast & all the way to Barcelona which cost around 22 euros return for the two of us.

when they say you get what you pay for it was very true here i am now a solo traveler planamar gave me a room over looking the pool it also had a nice sea view it was a room for 4 people so great just for me. restaurant needed upgrading really, food repetitive but restaurant staff wer great , cleaning staff as good the bar and outside patio and pool area quite nice entertainment was a bit naff and check what they charge for drinks it can vary . other things like surrounding aria lot of shops bars and restaurns beach 5 minutes through the viaduct. i will come back to malgrat de mar again but maybe not the planamar there are lots of hotels

The room was ok, but beds need new mattresses, because existing ones are uncomfortable. Also the rooms could do with updating as they look like the mid 80's. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food could be more varied and not so subject to the taste of the English guests. What bothered us was that English guests would get drunk in the evening and there wasn’t any quiet over the night on the balconies as well as on the streets around the hotel. I know that hotel stuff can’t do anything against uproar in the streets, but they could put up signs that guests should keep noise down or that the hotel must be quiet between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

A Memorable Stay at the Hotel
I had an amazing time at this hotel that I didn't want to leave. The hotel staff were friendly and fun, and the amenities, such as the clean pool, comfortable bed and pillows, and daily maid service, were all top-notch. Despite being slightly outdated, the hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The surrounding area was bustling with a wide range of shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs, amusement arcades, and the beach, all of which were open until the wee hours of the morning. My partner and I, met lovely people who shared our enthusiasm for the hotel. The beach was not sandy but had tiny shingles that were easy to walk on and remove from the body. The sea was crystal clear, and the day and night entertainment was diverse, ranging from karaoke to darts. The buffet food was delicious and had something for everyone, including my partner (who's a head chef) and me. While the food was repetitive, it was understandable that surplus stock needed using by end of season closing. The rooms were dated but spotless, and the air conditioning was easy to use with three simple settings. The bathroom was well-equipped with everything one needs, from shower gel to toilet paper. The TV had a few English channels, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, with new bounce-back pillows. The hotel was disability-friendly, with pre-built ramps for mobility scooters and mopeds, as well as a lift. While some guests complained about noise levels, especially in the courtyard rooms, it didn't detract from my overall positive experience. As an Airbnb Superhost, I'm particular about cleanliness, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I encourage others to make their own decisions and not be swayed by negativity.

we have been before but about 8 years ago has gone down hill a bit staff very friendly but short of them and over worked food ok but same choice each day hotel really clean and outside grounds main reason for score is staff made no attempt to silence rowdy drunk guests even after several complaints don't know if this was policy or just self preservation sad to say most of bad guests were British my tips for this hotel are get a room at rear no view but much quieter on a closing note for the hotel you may want to have a word with your staff about manager small man in trousers no idea of his name as all i saw him do was complain at staff and found his behaviour to young female members of staff unacceptable especially after the women's world cup saga he was very tactile too much some times i would have complained but staff had broken English and i didn't know how to put it

Nice clean hotel if a little old fashioned. the courtyard is beautiful. we went half board and always found something to eat though food was a little repetitive. I would have given more stars but the first week we were there a group of men kept us awake shouting and carrying on in the courtyard at all hours and hotel staff didnt seem to do anything about them.

Overall had a good time, hotel is good, rooms were basic but good. Food okay and lots around the hotel. Left my bag in the LOCKED luggage room and had things stolen out my bag which ruined what was a good holiday.
