Please note that now this guest house is called Seginy Seaview. Since my wife is pregnant I was looking for a calm hotel on the beachfront with all inclusive. Booked this guest house based on rating (now understand that at least part of feedback are fake). Guest house manager Hamdan is dishonest, mercantile and deceitful person. First of all he booked us transfer from Male airport twice as expensive then for the rest of the passengers on the speedboat. Next on arrival he said that booked room with seaview is not available and we need to stay in another room with wall view for a few days. And only after 6 hours and call to the support he give us our booked room. Next day he said that "by mistake" cancelled our our reservation and marked us as "not shown" and asked us not to inform *********** about that since he will have problems. We agreed - it was mistake… 3 days before departure we asked to check transfer to the airport for us. Hamdan did not provide us price details until late evening before departure: $300 was his price - he thought we will not have other options how to leave island because of late response. But we already booked transfer for $40 in another guest house. Several guests who were living the same time as we (from Spain, form Russia) told us that they have a problem with getting split form (required if tourists decided to stay in hotel on another island). Hamdan was asking to provide positive feedback for all properties he manages (even for that where nobody from tourists were). And only after that gave split form. Last day we as usual ordered lunch from the all inclusive menu. But during checking out staff said that we need to pay $32 for the lunch and $100 fine - we disagreed to pay since NOBODY informed us that we should pay for it BEFORE ordering. After that staff blocked exit for me and my pregnant wife and while blocking the door touched my wife BUT SAID that i hit him and he will call the police - OMG - really???? After that we went to the harbour where our boat was waiting for us. But Hamdan was blocking it and talking to police. He was blackmailing us that we do not have PCR tests (he did not know that we had) and that's we will not be able to leave Guraidhoo - he was laughing. Please note that the very first day he said that we do not need PCR test since airlines and Ukraine does not require. Hopefully we left the island and arrived Male Airport. But during the checking in on the flight security staff asked us to leave the line since they got information that we have positive PCR - and demonstrated us message with information and our passport information. Hamdan false informed immigration service about our positive PCR. But since we had negative PCRs certificates staff apologized for that and we left Maldives. So instead of calm holidays in Maldives we got stressed with all this incidents, especially my wife. Avoid this guest house.
