對於剛從新加坡過來的我們來説房間挺大的，老牌酒店設施稍微舊點，乾淨程度還是不錯的，服務態度很好，進門幫你把行李拿到房間去，前台有一個會説中文的，不用擔心溝通問題，出門去景點都不遠，走路十來分鐘，價格也實惠，推薦！

My recent stay at Bayview Hotel Melaka was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel boasts a friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. From the moment of check-in to departure, their hospitality shone through, making me feel valued as a guest.
One of the standout aspects of my stay was the excellent value for money. Despite being budget-friendly, the hotel did not compromise on customer service. The staff were attentive and eager to assist with any inquiries or requests, enhancing the overall guest experience.
However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks that I encountered during my stay. Firstly, the air conditioning in the room was not as strong as I had hoped, especially during warmer days, which made it slightly uncomfortable at times. Additionally, I noticed that the sofa in the room appeared a bit dirty, which was a bit off-putting.
Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Bayview Hotel Melaka for its friendly staff, excellent value for money, and overall good customer service. With some attention to detail regarding cleanliness and room amenities, this hotel has the potential to provide an even more enjoyable stay for guests.
