Really good hotel with location near kaabah, allowes to early checkin. Very recommended

It was a very amazing, beautiful hotel the beds were comfortable the room was wide and the facilities were excellent but there wasnt much in the breakfast:no fruit. But the bathrooms were amazingly clean it was a comfy stay

Second time stay in this hotel. Satisfied both times. We are happned to arrived early and the booked room yet to be ready. However the receptionist has help to accomodate us by updrage us other rooms which is better. I can't thank enough with the hotel teams for making our stay very peasant and memorable.

This hotel it's not a 5* whatsoever but anyway reasonable, the location is ok

It is a good hotel and location is good too. Just a short walk from The Haram and away from all hustle and bustle. Hotel facilities was ok, but the reception staff could be more helpful. Other staffs are nice and friendly.

Hotel situated in Ajyad street , building is old but rooms are big and have your needs ( tea coffee small fridge safety box TV ) reception well decorated with many sofa to relax easy access to Haram about 400-500 m , service good food perfect and delicious

10-15 minute walk away from Haram. Very crowded path from the hotel to Haram. The hotel was always crowded and busy. It’s located on the backside of Makkah tower. Our stay was pleasant however I will not choose this hotel again because of its location

Nice lovely hotel situated in Makkah Booked to stay here for a few nights, arrived around 2pm, check in was 4pm so ended up leaving my luggage whilist i went to perform umrah Concierge staff are amazing, spoke Hindi/Urdu and were really really helpful and friendly! The front reception staff themselves spoke very little english so thankfully the concierge staff helped with translation and facilitated check in Massive Lobby and very busy and comfortable, the hotel itself is beautiful and big and rooms were really nice and clean, bottled water, tea / coffee facilities available nice comfortable bed and bathroom amneties, cant really complain about the room. Lifts can take a bit of time to arrive as its quite busy but apart from that no complaints Location - This was a bit of a struggle for me, its atleast 10mins walk from the Main Haram, if you find you get tired and exhausted a lot then you are probably better off getting something a bit closer, you have to walk through the main road then along the crowds which can sometimes especially before and after salah be very congested, so to get to the haram in time allow yourself atleast 15mins or so before Adhan time, this was the only downside, for elders especially having to walk back and forth for each prayer if you get tired easily can be really challenging, for this reason is probably wont be staying here again due to the location Breakfast - was great nice spread and selection hot and cold buffet lovely declicious food, althought the seating area in the morning can get really busy so you may struggle to find a seat or may end up having to share a table, but this is usually first thing in the morning, after breakfast opens The hotel also has its own small mosque incase you cant make it to the haram in time, although i found a lot of people decided to pray outside on the road you can pick up taxis outside the hotel and its outside the bus station, behind the clock tower Lovely hotel would definitely recommend it if location is not an issue for you! Wifi was a bit hit and miss, first day it did not work then after that it worked fine
