การขนส่งไปและกลับฮารามเป็นฝันร้าย ไม่มีการจัดการหรือการวางแผนใดๆ ไม่มีการกำหนดเวลา เราพลาดการสวดภาวนาที่ฮารามไปหลายครั้งเพราะเรื่องนี้ ถ้าไม่มีรถบัส โปรดแจ้งให้เราทราบ หรือหากมีสิ่งกีดขวางทาง เราจะได้ใช้บริการอูเบอร์ ฯลฯ จากฮารามไปยังโรงแรมนั้นวุ่นวายมาก ผู้คนเริ่มผลักกันเอง ผู้สูงอายุและเด็กๆ ก็ไม่ได้รับการยกเว้น เห็นได้ชัดว่าฝ่ายจัดการของโรงแรมไม่ได้วางแผนอย่างเหมาะสม เห็นว่ารถบัสของโรงแรมอื่นๆ จัดไว้อย่างเหมาะสม แม้แต่แท็กซี่ก็รู้เรื่องนี้ทั้งหมด เพราะพวกเขาแอบอยู่รอบๆ และพูดว่า “ฮอลิเดย์อินน์” พวกเขาไม่พูดถึงโรงแรมอื่นด้วยซ้ำ เพราะพวกเขารู้ว่านี่เป็นเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ที่โรงแรมไม่มีแม้แต่ม้านั่งให้ผู้สูงอายุนั่งรอ บางคนนั่งยองๆ บนพื้นเพราะรอนานเกินไป แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำเวรไปแล้ว แต่ทัศนคติของหัวหน้าเวรและเจ้าหน้าที่รับสายคือ “ไม่ใช่ปัญหาของฉัน” การประท้วง/อุบัติเหตุรออยู่เฉยๆ ไม่แนะนำสำหรับครอบครัวหรือผู้สูงอายุ

ไกลนิดหน่อยแต่มีรถรับส่งตลอด 24 ชม. เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก จะมาพักอีกแน่นอน

Started badly Ended badly I had to change rooms cos there were too many flies in my room which made me sick Asked to speak to manager No manager was available to speak to me for 5 days Shuttle bus service is crazy I went on the shuttle at 11am on Friday morning fie jumma , the driver drove us around and brought us back to the hotel after an hour with no communication at all .we were looking fwd to pray jumma in harmeyn so this was a terrible terrible experience, The drivers take over an hour sometimes just to move the bus from the hotel This is a terrible service.

The hotel offers excellent 5-star facilities and a pleasant ambiance. The front desk staff is very cooperative and welcoming. I was able to check in about 6 hours early without any issues. The hotel is clean, and the rooms come equipped with a locker, weighing scale, and TV. The gym and swimming pool are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding with a wide variety of options. I’ve stayed here twice within a year. Previously, they provided a shuttle service to Ajiyad Road, which was very close to Haram. This time, however, they use larger buses that drop off at the back of the Ajiyad bus station, increasing the distance to about 500-600 meters from Haram. There are only two large buses, and they leave as soon as they are full, not strictly following the schedule. I ended up taking a taxi for 10 riyals multiple times. Despite this, I highly recommend the hotel for its excellent facilities. Additionally, Albaik is conveniently located just across the road.

I am very disappointed with this hotel the rooms smells so as the corridor even though we on the light for the cleaning they ignored us. Breakfast was ok the hotel is too far from the haram. The reception lady was nice and kind other than that is not worth that price they charge

When i checked in the room smell like somebody just smoked in the room! ...After.Complaining. They give us a different room.The TV wasn't working. The sink wasn't working.

There is no isolation for the wondow so noisy from the cars
