ต้องขอเปลี่ยนเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นเพราะอันที่ตอนแรกติดตั้งไว้ทำงานไม่ถูกต้อง :( แต่ก็ซ่อมได้แล้ว

การเข้าพักที่โรงแรมคราวน์รีเจนซี่มากาติเป็นเรื่องที่ยอดเยี่ยมเสมอ อย่าคาดหวังมากเกินไปเพราะคุณเพียงแค่ได้รับสิ่งที่คุณจ่ายไป สำหรับฉัน ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมคือปัจจัยที่สำคัญที่สุดในการเลือกโรงแรม

ทำเลที่ตั้งเป็นยุทธศาสตร์มาก ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้าและร้านอาหาร พนักงานมีความกระตือรือร้นมาก

พักค้างคืนที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้เพื่อไปเที่ยวช้อปปิ้งที่ Glorietta/SM Makati/Landmark และทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมเนื่องจากห่างจากห้างสรรพสินค้าเหล่านี้เพียงไม่กี่ก้าว (ไม่ต้องนั่งแท็กซี่หรือ Grab) และใช้เวลาเดินเพียงไม่ถึง 5 นาที สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและการตกแต่งของโรงแรมจำเป็นต้องได้รับการอัปเกรด เนื่องจากผ่านวันที่ดีขึ้นแม้ว่าจะดูได้รับการดูแลอย่างระมัดระวังก็ตาม แผนกต้อนรับเป็นกันเองมากและทุ่มเทเป็นพิเศษเพื่อจัดหาน้ำให้เมื่อแม่บ้านมาช้าไปหน่อย ในห้องมีฝุ่นนิดหน่อยตอนมาถึงและต้องโทรเรียกสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพราะมีแมลงสาบตัวเดียวซ่อนอยู่ในม่านอาบน้ำเหนืออ่างอาบน้ำ พวกเขารีบเข้ามากำจัดมัน ได้ห้องนี้พร้อมข้อตกลง Trip.com แต่จริงๆ แล้วคงไม่ได้ทำในอัตราเว็บไซต์ที่เผยแพร่

When I arrived in the hotel earlier, there was no car parking and the security personnel did not even bother to get my luggage in my car when I arrived so I had to pushed my trolley on my own. The front desk wasn’t trained enough to apologise for the inconvenience caused because in Trip.com it mentioned that there was parking in the vicinity but you have to pay an extra 1000₱ a night to park in the mall given that the hotel was so expensive at ₱3,500 per night. The room of the hotel needs renovation especially in the comfort room because when it was raining during my stay the water was dripping inside the restroom. Please see photos attached. Also, I could not sleep well in the hotel room because of the cars and jeepney drivers that were passing by the noise of the engine disturbed my sleep at 1am in the morning. The shower was terrible as there was no hot water and the elevator needs improvement because it says 9 person capacity but only 2 persons are accommodated each time guests take the elevator to there rooms. If your looking to have breakfast, they dont have a a chef only a cook who would cook a small meal 50grams for the guest. The only good feedback I like about the hotel is given the location because its right across Ayala Center. THEY LACK HOSPITALITY TRAINING AND SERVICE THEY SHOULD IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES INTO A REAL 3 STAR HOTEL

I recently stayed at a hotel where I encountered a very unpleasant check-in experience. The hotel itself is very old, and the check-in process was unnecessarily delayed because your system did not forward my booking confirmation email to the hotel on time. As a result, I had to wait a long time at the front desk before the hotel could verify my booking. This caused inconvenience and disrupted my travel schedule. I kindly request that Trip.com look into this matter, explain the reason for the delay, and ensure that such issues are avoided in the future. I also hope you will consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Great little hotel in a great location Service is top notch The entrance of the hotel is old and the smell of the lobby is bad I believe bc is old . The staff are always doing a major effort and they’re cleaning all the time . You cannot feel that smell in your room but you can hear when people are loud from your room .

We always book in this hotel whenever we attend yearly events in Makati. This time, I booked with family. Location is good. Only the parking area is very limited. But overall, it is ok. Breakfast are simple silogs but still good.

I stayed here for 3 days. I will definitely comeback. The locations is perfect if you like to shop and food tripping. Its walking distance for SM/Glorietta/Greenbelt. It’s pretty good for the price I paid.

The hotel is quite old, but the housekeeping service was excellent and the room was kept very clean. However, check-in took a long time as the front desk manager mentioned they had not received the confirmation from Trip.com.

the location is just perfect for travellers to start exploting Makati City and across is the BGC.
