The reception staff went our their way to help me: they directed my Bluebird taxi driver, as he could not speak English; they helped me with ordering a Grab taxi; and even after I left the hotel, they contacted me to notify me about a restaurant I was asking them about. I am particularly thankful to Ms. Dewa for this support.
No complementary water bottle in the room, the staff said they doing go green so we have to fill our kettle from the water dispenser outside the room, and that time the dispenser wasn't well prepared, the Galon was not in the dispenser, i had to do it myself
Request for shower cap, i had to call 3x, and arrived in more than 30mins
At breakfast time, the table wasn't clean, there was coffee stain and foods crumbs, but the foods is good also has lot of varieties
